I have been a customer since last year, when I purchased a 1981 M-B 300CD. I am well satisfied with my purchases--front window seal, sheepskin seat covers. Altho I will use Adsit again, its catalog, both online and paper, needs improvement. Information is not complete, format is confusing, products could be better illustrated. The best part is the helpful telephone advice they give.

This company has a lot to offer, but it appears they are under staffed. Service is slow. Follow up is non-existent and information feedback is slow. The return policy and related court case are off putting when compared to peer suppliers.

I have been driving Mercedes Benz automobiles since 1976. In fact, I still own the Mercedes I bought in that year. I have been a customer of Adsit for at least the last 20 years and have been using them to keep my MBZ running. Their customer service has always been outstanding. Whenever I order parts they always arrive on time and in good condition. Their advisors are helpful and knowledgeable, especially Reece, who has helped me find the correct part on numerous occasions. It's refreshing in the World today to find a company that you can rely upon!

I was surfing the web for weeks to find parts for my car and had no luck. After much frustration I called a 1-800 number that was in the Adsitco web search. I spoke with Dean and he immediately recognized my 1983 Mercedes Benz 230E as a gray market vehicle and he stated he could get me parts. Other suppliers stated they were unable to help me when I called their 1-800 number. I was considering selling the car, but will now keep it because parts are available through Adsitco. The process is made easy through email ordering and the parts show up in a reasonable time at my doorstep and have never been outside the delivery timeline provided. Recently a new part was unavailable and Dean found me a used part which was awesome. One time we got a wrong part and Dean stated I could receive credit if returned, but haven't returned it yet. My overall satisfaction with Adsitco is good. I have already recommended Adsitco to my friends and will continue to order parts from them. Respectfully, Ken Harrington

I often have trouble locating parts for my Euro style MB. The most reliable source has been Adsitco. They have answered my questions intelligently when I have inquired about the availability of parts, and the available parts were delivered when promised.
