I did not have a happy experience.

I shopped around prior to going to Adsit and I confirmed prior to making the order that I am paying for genuine Mercedes and I was told yes. I paid $80 plus shipping. It is more than $40 than the OEM part that I can get somewhere else. Instead of getting a genuine MB part, I got an OEM. I asked again, is this a genuine MB, I was advised it is a genuine OEM. Then the rep said he'll see what he can do for me. He came back with "you can return the OEM and I will send you a real MB part for $169 [or $149 i cant remember]". The point is they knew there is a genuine MB part and OEM. I felt like they were not straight forward with their customer. I am dissappointed.

Noel, Thank you for your honest response and review! I think there is a bit of confusion here. You ordered and requested an OEM part. We sent you an OEM Bosch part. Bosch is the OEM manufacture for this part. When your car came out of the factory it had this same Bosch part on it. You then requested one from Mercedes. This too would be a Bosch part in a MB box. It is unfortunate that our cost from Mercedes Benz is much higher than our cost from Bosch. In this case to exchange the Bosch part for the Mercedes Part would cost more. As of today you have declined the exchange and have not returned the Bosch part for refund. At this time I am uncertain of what you would like to do. You have declined the exchange and no parts have been returned for refund. We would love to have the opportunity to make this a happy experience and earn your future business. Please call or email your sales rep Joe. I am sure he will be more than happy to help arrange the exchange or refund. We look forward to serving all of your future Mercedes Parts needs!
