I have had two transaction with Adsitco. The first i had to return, thru no fault of Adsitco, and was promtly refunded. In the second transaction, they located a difficult to find used part saving me over $600 from the dealers price.

I've purchased many Mercedes items from Adsitco. Without exception, they have been top quality, well packed for shipment and quick to arrive at my home. The only gripe I have is that my last shipment (which was at a cost of several hundred dollars) did not include the advertised free Mercedes ball cap for purchases over $200. This in no way reflects on Adsitco's professional products and customer service, which are the best. It only speaks to my minor disappointment of not receiving the advertised free ball cap. Oh well, I have a few other ball caps that will continue keeping the hot sun off of my balding head. Thanks Adsitco for great Mercedes new and replacement parts!

The request was a hardeous and difficult one to fill. I had been looking for those front axle dampers for over a year, with the help of my mechanic. To no avail, until I remembered that Adsitco was showong them available on their website. I called to check out the availability of the suspension. The saleman who answered the phone was courteous, professional, and showed interest in helping. These dampers were no longer available. He could have apologized and carry on with his business... Instead, he contacted Mercedes, got the information needed, called back, with a complete quote, delivery delays.... and gained the sales. This is service with a capital S! I have kept his name in my file and will call back in the fall for his help in my next rebuild project.
