My dealings with Adsit have been conducted on a most professional manner which gives me the confidence to recommend them to others in the same position as me.

The company rep. was very helpful, in determining the right part needed,and the process by which I could get it sent to me. The product was as advertised,the price was good, and it was shipped promptly. I have yet to return the core for refund but anticipate the same excellent service.

The parts are priced pretty well, BUT the web site functions are painful to maneuver! Very slow, and not well conceived. Of course, I am someone interested in finding the right part at the right price, order it quickly and go on with my work. Best wishes Gary Edwards

Adsit has the best selection of parts I need for my classic Mercedes. But their pricing isn't that competitive. I found a similar OE part on a different website that was literally half the cost (saving me $250), but Adsit wouldn't price match it. Also, their return policy is somewhat restrictive. That other website only applied a restocking fee if a part was returned with an opened package, otherwise no fee. Adsit charged me a 25% restocking fee for a return in an unopened package.

I ordered a rebuilt transmission for my 1976 Mercedes 450 SL. Reese was a fantastic help. He's a MVE (most valuable employee). He also was a big help with the new wheels I ordered. Both shipment arrived on time. My mechanic who put the transmission in has been working on Mercedes for years and he was very impressed with the quality of the product. He said it's the first rebuilt transmission he has every had that after installing, required NO adjustments. It worked like new. And believe me it does. He said he would be buying all his transmissions for Adsit from now on. Not only is it a great product but the price is excellent. Thanks Adsit for the help and products.

Great online experience, good pricing, and timely delivery.. But, I received my window switch for my 2000 Mercedes ML55 AMG, and the drivers side window switch (broken, the reason I replaced the whole assembly) works backwards as opposed to the rest of the switches. To roll the window up, you have to press the switch down, and vise-versa. The other three switches work as they always did, to roll the window up, you pull up, to roll the window down, you push down???
