TERI, We are extremely sorry for any hassle that this order mix up has caused. On 11-25-14 we did receive your order requesting the black floor mats. Unfortunately Mercedes does not actually sell a Black floor mat for your car. They call it Dark Ash or Anthracite. In this case we sent the dark ash mats. On 12-1-14 you called and stated you had received the wrong color. That same day we took your VIN# to see what color the car came out of the factory with. Naturally your car had the Anthracite mats. As we agreed upon you sent the mats back to us. We received them this past Monday 12-15-14. We then special ordered your Anthracite mats for you and they are being shipped to you at no charge. You should receive them in the next few days. As of today 12-17-14 we have not heard from you regarding this issue. We did not know that you wanted a follow up phone call regarding the exchange. As explained to you during the phone call on 12-1-14, we would send the exchange mats back to you at no charge when the wrong mats where received. We have done just that. We did not know you needed a follow up and are very sorry for any confusion. We hope this resolve any issues you may have. Kevin, We are very sorry for the mix up on the one rim showing to be in stock. We did show to have one available at the time of the email conversation. However once the order was placed and our shipping department went to fill the order we realized that the wheel simply was not in inventory. Again all we can say we are sorry for the mix up. However as far as responding to your emails and request prior to placing the order please review the email correspondence between you and Joe. All of your questions and emails where answered directly and promptly. We work very hard to respond quickly and effectively to each and every email and phone call.
