I placed an order with you 2 or 3 weeks ago, and i haven't recieved nothing.
Web I placed The order Derek told me that The shippng company was going to send me a tracking information. Todas i have not recieved The tracking information, and eaither my order. I have Been sending emails to Mr. Derek asking for my order and with no response. I want and ende to know what happened with my order. Regards, Ricardo Saldarriaga

The only unfortunate comment is that FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address and did not telephone me so I had to go pick it up which was a great inconvenience.
Excellent price and product; however, bolts were not long enough and had to use the old ones to fit the new rims instead of the new bolts that accompanied the new rims. But still satisfied

Address wrong
The box was shipped to an old address. The shipping label did not have my name on it nor in the box. It was lucky that I finally received the box at all.

Chrome wheels are awsome!
I bought some wheels for the 89 560sel from Adsit. I decided to go with the chrome for the look. These things even came with the lug bolts & center caps. And they were reasonably priced (compared to the dealer). The only problem is that the center caps don't fit very good. I broke one of them trying to get it on & they don't fit flush to the wheel. I hope that they correct this problem in the future. .

When the eyes and the brain dont connect.
I needed parts for my SL500-fuel pumps-I placed an order showing (pump/s),only one was supplied,I responded and was told they thought I may only want to change one,so I stated I would like to change both,equal value performance,so the second pump was sent to me..Now the second pump was more expensive than the first,also as Im in Australia I had to pay for international freight twice,thanks for trying to help !! Net result I have been penalised for using this company.

Dealt with Seth who was absolutely professional patient and responsive. I am overseas so it took me a while to figure out the exact parts but was able to do so after Seth sent me an idiot proof diagram. Very helpful and I will do business with Adsit again.
