First I want to be very clear we do not advertise or sell a "refurbished" a/c fan. Please let us know what implied or led you to believe this. We want to make sure all of our advertising and online content describe and reflect the product accurately. We currently only sell new and used blower motors, so there really should not have been any confusion. Also any part comes with an exchange warranty. If the part is wrong or defective just let us know and we will gladly exchange it for you. Jose, Thank you for your business and you review. It is honest reviews like yours that help us improve as we work towards reaching our goals. Yes there is room for improvement regarding your issue. We did receive your order for the custom fit floor mats on Tuesday the 30th. We do not stock the floor mats as they are custom for each year, model and interior color. Unfortunately we are not able to stock every color for each year and model of Mercedes. We do order these in as needed. This does cause some delays. In this case after receiving your order on Tuesday we did place an order with our supplier Mercedes of Germany on Wednesday July 1st. Due to the national Holiday we where not open on the third and did not hear back from Germany until Monday the 6th. Germany notified us that Mercedes was no longer making the mats for your car and the color you had requested. At that time we requested to see if any alternative colors would be available so we could give you those options. Again due to being across the ocean we did not hear back until the 9th of July as to what other colors where available for your year and model of car. At that time we also began trying several other option to see if we could find the color you needed. On Friday the 10th we did conclude that we could not get the color you needed for your car. I hope this explains the process we went through to try and source the mats you needed. We strive to accurately describe all of our products and get the correct parts to our customers as quickly as possible. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We know that you entrusted us with your order and we simply wanted to do everything we could to fill the order for you. The last thing we want to do is have to call a customer and tell them we can not complete an order. We pride ourselves in being a complete Mercedes parts warehouse. We do not want to say no or that we can not supply a customer with a product. With that said it is unacceptable that anyone one of our customer service reps did not or could not give this information to you at any given time.
