Surprised to see MB label on the window switches for my 129.

I've ordered a few parts from Adsitco - they provide a great selection of parts for my 86 Mercedes. Most recent purchase was a set of wheels. The site was being worked on when I researched the wheels on line and it didn't display the correct information. However, I called them and they were very good at helping me order. Unfortunately for me, the Company put the wheels on a 25% discount three business days after I placed my order. I believe I ordered them on a Wednesday before Thanksgiving and they went on sale the following Monday. I contacted them to request the discount or even a credit towards my next purchase. While they engaged in the discussion and were responsive, they would not budge on any kind of a price guarantee. Clearly they did not owe me anything but I've become accustomed to price guarantees so I thought they might provide something similar. I wouldn't have a problem with ordering from them in the future but I will look for alternatives. Good inventory, good people, frustrating policy.

I have placed several calls to Roadmice and received no return calls. Seith with ADSIT gave me a phone number to call Alan with Roadmice (1-949-390-7130) and he has yet to answer multiple phone calls. The 1-888-519-6423 ext. 111 number has not returned my calls either. I will attempt to contact Roadmice one more time then I plan to contact ADSIT for a RMA and return the mice to them for a refund.

I ordered chrome fender trims for a 1999 ML 430. The first order was shipped for a ML 320. In order to expedite receipt of the correct items, I reordered fender trim for my ML 430. Again I received ML 320 fender trim. I called and spoke with Ryan who assured me they would get it handled. That was well over a week ago. I called on Friday but was told Ryan was not available till Monday and so the saga continues...

This is the real deal. They have a great inventory of hard to find/discontinued parts. Wish I had found them sooner. My 78 450SL is better off because of Adsitco.

I ordered a "used" one which arrived and did not work, so I called Adsit. They were very apologetic and sent a rebuilt one by 2 day delivery, sharing the extra cost. It arrived and worked perfectly.
