Bad Communication
Ordered my part Monday morning, confirmation email from ADSIT tells me payment good and shipping part Monday morning. It's now Friday morning, I emailed them asking where the part is as I'm in Illinois. They contact me back saying sorry, part wasn't there on the shelf, sending it next week. Didn't think to contact me sooner, meanwhile I have to rent a car for another week. Won't be using this company again.

Discontinued?
Bought a set of wheels about 2 years ago for my CLK320 which I use only during the summer so I do not drive it much and especially after mounting the wheels I purchased from Adsit, I drive it even less. I have tried to have the tires/wheels balanced at four different locations. Each time the tire shop said they were perfect but it still drove terribly! I called twice and spoke to a tech presumably and their advice was to try a different shop to balance the wheels. Finally, I recently went in for new tires at TFT and the service technician said it is no wonder I had trouble, the bolts that Adsit sent were the wrong ones. Instead of rounded shoulder bolts they sent you conical shaped and the bolts were not seating properly. The service tech also said that the wheels were ruined because the seats where the bolts rest were now mis-shapened, and that even the proper bolts might not seat properly. So, I called Adsit today to get the correct bolts and after a couple of minutes, the representative returns telling me that my particular rims were discontinued and replaced with the same design (twin spoke) but different bolts..hmmm.. So I asked for help in this situation. i.e. Where I could possibly get the correct bolts or something... Maybe they could take the time to ask the manufacturer if they have any, but I was answered with a very curt and definite "no, my manager said there is nothing we can do". Asked to speak with the manager, but he had just conveniently left the building. Asked to have him call me back when he got in and haven't received a call. So, now I have a car with a set of pristine looking rims with about 800 miles on them that I cannot drive unless I buy a another complete set of rims. I hope that Adsit is reading this, especially the manager, and he will respond with an agreeable solution.

As stated we simply do not show an order from you in the past three years. This does not mean that you did not buy them from us, it just means it has been some time ago. Depending on how long ago you did purchase these wheels we very well may be using a different brand. We did start using a new manufacture around that time period.
What that being said and no way of knowing when you actually placed this order, it is very possible that the rims you currently have been discontinued. With no record of these being bought from us, or what brand you have, it would be hard to make sure the correct lugs are being sent to you today.
I believe we have come to a good conclusion for you to email pictures of the wheels and the current lug bolts that you have. From there we should be able to figure out what you need. If we have what you need we will get you taken care of. If we do not have the lugs needed we should be able to source them or point you in the right direction.
Sorry for any misunderstanding regarding your first call. Looking forward to getting the pictures and earning your future business.
