Received interior rear view mirror, came in timely manner and part was used. I was very happy as the part is just like 'new'.

Don't shop there
Dishonest , trickester desperate to rip you off any way they can . I made a mistake of ordering an item , next day I cancelled and they want to charge me a restocking fee of $175.00. Con artist at best

Slow shipping
They have the right parts but sometimes they take just TOO long to get them out and they have no expedited shipping option

Better follow-up after order is received.
After placing our order for a starter and not receiving the part after a week, we called and was told part is on back order. Adsitco should have known and informed (emailed / called) us about the delay. Customer Service only knew about the delay after we had called in about it. My customer has been without his car for about 3 weeks now and is not happy.

Headlamp window
The new headlamp window arrived on time, in excellent shape and very well protected. Had some problem removing the old one (26 years old), but the new one went on very easily. Made a world of difference to the appearance of the front of the car. Now I will order a new one for the other side. Thanks

very disappointed/unsatisfied
I placed and order for seat covers for Mercedes Benz s430 Gray on line I receive conformation other being accepted and nothing else from your company I've tried calling several times no response

Fred, Thank you for your order and your review. We are very sorry that you are not happy with your experience with us, but we believe this can easily be resolved. On 8-21-15 you placed an online order with us at www.adsitco.com. However you did not include and credit card details on your order. Yes you did receive a confirmation that we had received your order. However it could not actually be processed because we had no credit card details. We tried contacting you on Friday 8-21-15, and Monday and Tuesday as well with no response. You then later called requesting details on your order and left a message with a different phone number than what was on your order. We again tried contacting you on the second phone number with no response. We are not certain if the phone numbers are wrong or if you are simply not getting our messages. However we can not process your order without any credit card details. We are open Monday-Friday from 8AM - 5:30PM eastern time with live people answering every call. After those hours we have an answering service with live people also answering every phone call as well. If you need to contact us we have people answering the phones 24 hours a day. There is no way you can miss us if you call us. Please call us at 800 521 7656 so we can get your credit card details and process the order right away!
