Great communication
I have a a vehicle that has a split year production. Adsit o customer called me to check that I had the production date. Meaning they wanted to be sure I would get the right/correct part

SIG SAUER 45
I ordered a part on 1/4/17 and my AMEX was immediately charged for the item, notwithstanding the fact they just notified me the part was not in stock. Why did they charge my AMEX if they knew they did not have the past in stock!!!! The right thing to do was not charge my AMEX until they were ready to ship. As of today 1/21/2017 I still have not received the part I ordered and was charged 2 weeks ago. The right hand is not communicating with the left hand.

Yes orders are processed as received. The Chrome hood star for your car was out of stock at the time of your order. We did have a stock order placed with our supplier. The stock order was received from Germany on 1-23-17. We shipped your order to you that same day and shows to have been delivered the next day. Simple, fast and effective
Ordering, paying, shipping and delivery were excellent. I ordered on Friday, product was shipped on Monday and I received the part on Tuesday. The part was as described online and it came with instructions for installation.

Too much expensive and late Delivery
The item was too much expensive but I paid for it because it says that we have a year Warranty, although I am not sure if this is completely true and I cannot express my opinion to this, From the Day it was shipped (13 December 2016), it has arrived at its destination on the 30th of December and I was able to take it on the 2nd of January 2017, other than that the hazard switch is currently seems to be working

Happy Customer
I ordered two back up light kits for my 1980 Mercedes 300TD. I ordered the used kits as opposed to the new ones. The used parts were as clean as brand new kits. They were exactly what I expected, they installed easily and worked straightway.
