The price on line was the total price I was given. Then I received the ordered parts to get a surprise shipping of $150 shipping It would have cheaper to order get from another suppliert

You placed this order online at www.adsitco.com During the checkout process there is a "Terms and Conditions" page that you have to read and accept prior to placing your order. Please read and review this again: Shipping Charges Most items ship ground shipping. Normal shipping fees apply. Oversize and heavy shipments will be shipped freight and are subject to additional charges. Return packages must be sent shipping charges prepaid. COD packages will not be accepted. Insuring your return shipment is recommended. Adsit Company will not be responsible for any lost or damaged returns. For a shipping quote on your order please call 1-800-521-7656 or e-mail us at [email protected]. This clearly states that oversize order are shipped freight and are subject to additional charges. It also states to call us for a shipping quote if you are unsure. I assume you did not call for a shipping quote on this oversize freight order as suggested. Again on the checkout process is states shipping charges (if you have received a quote enter it here or call 800 521 7656 for a shipping quote). Again we are trying to let our customers know that if they have any questions about how much shipping is going to be they should call us. We in no way want our customers to be surprised by the shipping cost of their orders. We have a complete phone staff answering the phones all day to assist with any questions. All you have to do is give us a call and we will do everything we can to address any issue or questions you may have. Our goal is to resolve or prevent any issues as quickly as possible. We strive to serve our customers and all their Mercedes part needs as effectively as possible. In this case we simply passed on the freight charges to you as agreed to in the terms of sale.
