Ordered a 1994 Mercedes
headlight and it was in perfect, working condition. Adsitco sent it in a timely manner and had the best prices I was able to find on the Internet. Will go back to them when I need more parts.

Misleading in item description & total price

I am not sure exactly what kind of issue you are having, but I don't see any notations on your account that you have called or allowed us to resolve your issue. You placed your order online for a $17.10 key chain. When you ordered online there was a picture of the exact item that was shipped to you. I am not sure what you are considering misleading. I would like to hear back from you so we can resolve your issue, but also make any changes needed on the website to prevent any future customers from feeling mislead. Going the extra mile!
Had ordered what I thought was the correct color for my floor mats. Received call to discuss and found out that I was wrong. Initiative to review my order, question, call and remedy an error was appreciated!

First Class Product & Service
The used Mercedes sun visor that I ordered was scratched and they called to let me know the situation. They ordered a new one rather than sending what they had. The new one was at a much lower priced than quoted from other sources. The product was perfect and delivered quickly. Excellent service. I would highly recommend them to others and will use them myself if the need arises.

happy for thier honesty
I had ordered a door panel for my 83 Brabus 50 because they had one left at $39.00 I then clicked on shipping and it said $0 when I saw the charge on the credit card I was charged $49.00 for shipping. was not real happy about that. when I order parts from other suppliers they always have the shipping cost easy to find and understand. I was happy that they examined the part before they shipped it because it was damaged and I really would not have been happy to have an unexpected shipping charge and a damaged part. so they called and cancelled my order and refunded my money in a timely order

I ordered gold door edge guards for 1985 380sl. Package came promptly without damage but was chrome. Called the next day and explained I received DEG 107C instead of DEG 107G . The person helping me immediately apologized for the mistake and processed a new shipment. Received the new parts in a matter of days. The quality of the staff and the door edge guards were exceptional and the price was great.
