Ive ordered parts before with 5 star success. This time they took payment for part, then messaged me back saying part had back ordered. I do understand parts availability, however I wish they would have checked first before taking money, this way I could continue my search & not have to call to remind them to credit my card after it appeared on my statement.

I placed an order for a NEW item & was so excited when it arrived, however when I opened the huge box there was a sign taped to the clear plastic bag which stated "1 BLACK BROKEN STRAP" & inside the box was a loose unattached broken strap! I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED! I finally phoned Adsit Company & spoke with an awesome employee, Michael, who had me text him photographs of the problem. I would rate this company FIVE STARS due to Michael, but only ONE STAR due to the fact that I paid for a new item, but received damaged merchandise.

Adsit had a black Friday sale, placed an order and was being charged full price? Called the company and was informed that the time difference was why I missed it by 5 minutes, I said then cancel the order. The person I spoke with said let me ask someone to assist, he came back with an ok. We will honor the discount, part arrived and was still charged full price.
