They were punctual in responding to my initial question, had the part, shipped the part promptly and I received it in good shape within reasonable time. They gave me a discount although I thought it was still a little high.

Order for 2 parts was fulfilled with assistance from customer service using the online chat function. Follow-up by the customer service rep was exceptionally good. Shipment arrived within the stated time. Excellent packaging. One part appeared damaged when I opened the carton. I reported it and I have been told it is to be replaced shortly. Expecting delivery of the replacement part.
