Order was incomplete
Order was incomplete, one item was not available but I was charged and never notified. I had to call them to request for the part and or refund. A refund was promised but is been 14 days as I write this review and still no Refund issued.

Juan Menoza, Thank you for your order and review. Yes we did receive your online purchase for four gold items from our online clearance catalog. Unfortunately one of the items was sold out. The balance of the order was shipped to you. The $17.80 refund for the one item not shipped was issued on 12/4/17. From the day of purchase it took 9 days …
From the day of purchase it took 9 days for them to put the item in the post. I'm over seas so it took another 13 days for the item to reach me. The part fits and works correctly.

Horrible
Horrible, I will not use this company again. They sent me a part covered in oil in a used box that looked like it had been around the world several times. I wrote to them and registered my concerns. They offered me a discount on the next purchase. There won't be a next purchase since they never corrected the problem on the existing order.

JOHN MULLEN, Thanks for the review and notes. Yes this is a 35 year old used part. Please note this part is also no longer available new. I am very sorry that this 35 year old used A/C suction hose was not as clean as you would have liked. We do usually try to make a used part as presentable as possible, however some used parts located under the hood don't clean up and look like new. Once you get it installed let me know if you have any issues with the part itself. I will make a note on your account about this issue and see if we can't offer an additional discount on your next order to make up for this one.
