A1, Fast, Good Service, Reliable, Fair price

For over 40 years after getting out of the service, I have relied on Adsit Company for parts for my Mercedes automobiles. Their prices are low and their sales staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous; real professionals. I've had the opportunity to personally meet Ken Adsit and later Josiah Mosier and you can tell why the staff is so accommodating to serving customers. I don't do as much of the work on my cars now-a-days, but when I do, I buy my parts from Adsit, and encourage others to do as well.

Good experience no problems

I've ordered from Adsit in the past and have been pleased with the Company. However, I recently ordered an oil cooler and have not been notified that it has shipped yet. They billed my credit card on March 16th, and as of today, April 1st, no word on the status of my shipment.

I needed some obscure parts and Adsit had them and shipped them quickly.

Great parts selection; immediately heard back when emailed. Parts did take longer than anticipated to receive. Overall very good service guys! Thank you.

I have used this company several times over many years. Always a pleasure dealing with them. Quality parts at reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Actually, at the moment Michael is handling an issue for me on a headlight lens for my 1985 300D that had to be exchanged.
