Not much for words, or reviews in general, so the fact I'm wasting 5 minutes of my time to even fill this is should say something. From start to finish, they provided excellent customer service, follow-up responses to questions, and made the experience a pleasure. Well done.

My husband was never pleased with googles over his eyeglasses while skiing. I went on line a year ago to look for prescription googles and I located what I was looking for on the ADS Sports web site. My husband absolutely loved the googles and wore them all the time when skiing. This year my husband, while getting off the chairlift, slid and fell. His helmet came off. After skiing down the mountain he realized that the inset had obviously become detached and was missing. We ordered a new pair and I was told that the new pair was not going to be exactly the same. I was concerned but wanted to order them and I did. The new pair was so much better. It actually was enforced in four places. I doubt they would become easily detached with a minor fall. The first pair was clipped on in only one place and was easily detached. I strongly recommend that the company goes with the second option of four clippings and drops the one clipped inset.

Ill definatley order from ADS again. Service was great and my order was quickly and accurately processed. I received my lenses quickly and couldn't be happier with them. I will be ordering again.

First time ordering glasses online. What a pleasant experience. After I placed my order I had a question so dropped them an email. I was so surprised to have received a reply within an hour or so. Not like other places where they tell you to give them 24 to 48 hours for a reply. I ordered sport sunglasses which fit perfect and my prescription was right on the mark. Will use ADS again.

I purchased oakley rx sunglasses for bike riding. Have not used them on a bike ride yet but the rx sunglasses seem to fit well when I tried them on in the house.

I had an extremely positive experience dealing with ADS on the phone regarding my sons prescription ski goggles, as I didn't know where to begin and I found the staff helpful and knowledgeable. The actual product is excellent and I am sorry that I cannot give 5* because of a very poor, upsetting delivery service. We were traveling from overseas to Canada for a ski holiday and I had allowed ample time for delivery so the googles would be there in time. Unfortunately ADS forgot to send them so the shipment was delayed leaving the USA. Then they got held up in Canada because of UPS issues and when we arrived for our holiday my son had no goggles. ADS investigated into the reasons these errors occurred but offered nothing to me as a goodwill gesture, even though the initial late departure was their mistake, which was extremely disappointing and it hasn't left me with a great feeling.

Rachel, we're happy to hear that you were impressed with the pre-sale assistance you received from ADS Sports Eyewear. It's unfortunate that this international delivery has changed your impression of our organization. Although there was some confusion about whether these goggles were supposed to be shipped or delivered on the date that you requested, we were able to overcome this obstacle. ADS Sports Eyewear paid to expedite these goggles to insure that they would arrive on the day that was requested. So although the goggles were shipped a few days late, they arrived on the very same day they would have arrived had we shipped them via UPS Ground. The only delay was a result of the fact that UPS did not have prior authorization to sign your import documents. Although this issue is routine for people who live in Canada, it was not something that either of us had encountered before. We had UPS representatives come to our office to explain how this happened and how we can prevent it from happening in the future. They did not have any simple solutions that would help someone who was receiving an international shipment outside their own country. They say this will always require visiting the UPS facility in person to sign the customs documents. We hate to have a happy customer be dissatisfied due to issues with our delivery company. I think this was an educational experience for all of us, and we hope we have an opportunity to help you with something like this in the future.

I ordered my glasses and ADS was nice enough to contact me to gather additional information to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. My glasses were in my hand and perfect soon after.

Through their web site, emails and phone conversations, ADS provided the expertise I needed to select the right prescription ski goggles. The experience was so good that I went back to them for golf prescription sunglasses, and I got the same great results. These guys know what they are doing.
