Too many problems with the eqpt. i revieved, i have had to return it 3x now.

29196 - ORDER ADS did a good job. Sunglasses fit perfectly and prescription seems right.

This review will be biased simply because I have been an ADS Sports Eyewear customer for so long now I can't remember. (Approaching 10 years, I think.) There are few organizations that execute the two primary things necessary to remain in business these days; and that is to have a successful product and world class customer service. ADS does both well. I believe that's a result of good management, happy employees, and sound business practices. With the latest order they knocked it out of the park for me once again. My Rx sunglasses are perfect and matched my expectation. Delivery was prompt. Communication was clear and timely. It's easy to lose a customer, hard to create one; but it takes real dedication to make a customer for life. I guess that's me.

Service is great but overall prices are expensive. I found you can get Oakley Flak Jacket prescription lenses cheaper in U.K. even with shipping.

Knowledgeable service reps and service. Delivered exactly what I ordered and on time.

this review website started hocking me about writing a review before the product ever came - not cool - but when the product came it was first rate - these were actually a pair of sunglasses to replace the exact same ones that got stolen from my luggage in Havana airport baggage delivery (if you have to wait more than an hour for your bags you can bet they have been ransacked) so I was so happy to find them still available on ADS Sports Eyewear - they by the way had a great selection and if I wasn't looking for the exact same ones to replace the stolen ones I would have had many others to my liking. I would rate this website five stars if it delivered the product in a faster manner. There was some "reasons and excuses" going on about UPS but seriously let's all take responsibility for getting things here before the review people start ragging on you to write up your wonderful experience... just sayin...

I used ADS recently and overall was a good experience, but I did have a couple of issues. I am not sure if it was because of the holidays but it took about 10 days to get my order after I dropped of the frames. I was not notified of the delay, so I called and then was told that the order had just arrived. The other little issue was that I thought a cleaning kit would be provided as well, but did not receive one. Overall great customer service at the start, but lacked a little with follow thru. Great product, lenses are great quality and the anti-fog works pretty well. I was a little disappointed not receiving the cleaning kit but oh well. I will give them another try again when the prescription changes. Thanks,

I receive exactly what I ordered. They quickly made my Oakley sunglasses into RX.
