Very satisfied, but
Process and product was great but never got a reply asking for the location of the serial number

Lorenzo, thank you for the mostly positive review. Chelsea here in our office replied to your question about registering your glasses on November 3, within a couple hours of receiving your request. I assume this email is stuck in the Hotmail spam filter, so she is forwarding another copy to you. Thanks again. Let me know if I can help with anything else. Prescription Flak Jacket XLJ
After receiving my first set of prescription tinted lenses, installing them and trying them out,.. immediately ordered another set of tinted lenses and a clear set to be used as shooting glasses. Highly recommended!!

Great products at a very reasonable price with excellent service.
ADS is THE place to shop for all sports eyewear. I purchased prescription Wiley-X motorcycle glasses from ADS and would highly recommend them, not only for their very reasonable prices, but more importantly, for their excellent customer service.

Excellent service and product if you can wait
The frames and lenses are just what I wanted, and I was able to order a spare set of lenses for my sports glasses. Only drawback was the entire process took about three weeks.

William, I appreciate your input. We are always looking ways to speed up our Try Before You Buy service. I see we shipped your Try Out glasses right away, and our lab started on your prescription lenses as soon as you confirmed that this frame was a good fit. I know this time in transit and response time adds to the total time required to get an order from start to finish. We hope the value of trying on glasses in your own home, without a commissioned sales person around, is worth more than the time you invested in this process. Thanks again, Dave DuMais Owner / Optician ADS Sports Eyewear

Excellent Service!
My Son was unable to get sports glasses locally because his prescription is too strong. I looked at his old sports glasses and saw ADS inside. I went online and was able to order the glasses fairly easily. The process was very user friendly. In a day or two I received an email explaining that they could make his glasses for an additional $60.00 as his prescription was outside normal limits. I gladly paid the extra money since they were so reasonable to begin with. I communicated by email with Tyler Peterson. I received outstanding customer service. He followed up with my order from beginning to end, and answered my emails promptly. The glasses are perfect. I would recommend this service highly!!
