Just did a zoom meeting with Katlyn and I am super happy with the knowledge and support given to get started with AdScale.
Getting insight on how to set up ads properly and what content that she's seen work in my industry / niche is so helpful. I'm excited to move forward with AdScale!

prompt and professional
Throughout the process, I had a dedicated point of contact, Katlyn, who responded or provided updates promptly and professionally, and who worked independently with the tech team to address the issue. The problem was resolved relatively quickly, and now everything is running as usual. I am very satisfied with the support.

make sure you cancel 30 days prior to your 3 month period is over or you’ll be charged every chance they get. I was told I was only signing up for 3 months trial. at the end of the period I can choose to cancel or continue. I didn’t want to continue so I told my rep I was canceling. the next month I got another 2 charges on my account. they stated since i didn’t cancel 30 days before my period ended I had another month but they did nothing that month for me. I didn’t want their services anymore. then they changed the plan I had cause they said we were in a different tier cause they recommended spending more in ad spend over the 3 month. I had no clue there was more charges but they just want to take whatever they can. the service was good while I had them but the experience to cancel has been extremely poor, disappointing, annoying, and frustrating.

AdScale billed us for full Google Ads management — Google's own records show no work was done
We signed up for AdScale's full-service package, which covers active management of both our Google Ads and Facebook Ads accounts. For weeks, we sat on calls with our account manager discussing why our Google campaigns were underperforming, under the impression that our account was being actively managed and optimized in the background.
It wasn't.
Google Ads keeps a Change History log on every account — a factual, timestamped record of every single edit made, who made it, and which login (including any service account) was used to make it. This isn't a matter of interpretation; it's an objective audit trail. When we finally checked it, the log showed zero edits to our Google Ads account from AdScale for the entire period we were paying for full management — all the way until a single, minor change on July 8. Weeks of "management" and "optimization" that we were billed for and told about on calls simply never happened, according to Google's own records. For comparison, the log clearly shows another specialist (Ksenia) who worked on the account previously making edits multiple times a week — so we know real work does show up in this log when it's actually being done.
When we raised this and asked for a partial refund to cover the Google side of the service that wasn't delivered, AdScale's response was that changes had been made using two different logins (their managed user and our own Google user), and that effective management of Brand and Performance Max campaigns doesn't require frequent edits — meaningful changes are made only when they'll have material impact. That may be true in principle, but it doesn't square with a log showing no activity at all for weeks on an account we were told, on repeated calls, was being actively worked on. If substantial work had genuinely been done, it would appear in the Change History tied to whichever login made it. We asked them to point to specific dated entries supporting their claim. They did not.
This is the core of our issue, and it's a contractual one, not a matter of opinion: we paid for ongoing, active management and optimization of our Google Ads account as part of the full-service plan, and for a period of several weeks that service was not delivered. The evidence isn't our word against theirs — it's Google's own audit log, which cannot be edited or backdated. AdScale disputed this, but has not been able to identify a single change in that log to counter it.
We asked for a refund covering the period of undelivered work and a reasonable notice period. That was refused, and instead we were told AdScale would "vigorously defend" itself against what it called false allegations. We'd have much preferred a straightforward acknowledgment and a fair resolution over having to escalate this.
If you're considering AdScale, look elsewhere — we can't recommend them on any level. We weren't happy with either their ad creation or their account management. The ad creation comes down to brand fit, and I can see them working for brands that aren't too particular about their visual brand identity. But the real issue, and what makes this a contractual breach rather than just a difference in taste, is that AdScale claimed to have made edits to our Google Ads account when the account's own Change History log shows none were made.

Katlyn has been great to work with
Katlyn has been great to work with. I have never been able to sellwell on Google Ad Manager. I have seen sales using AdScale and the Magic ads have been amazing for the budget I allocated.

DO NOT RECOMMEND
We have been using Adscale for just over 3 months now and we are continuing to see a decline in our revenue to the point where we will likely have to shut the doors. Our previous agency had slow revenue growth at least. There have been major mistakes made with their ad links which directly cost us money. I informed them that I wanted to do a review of the first 3 months of service and then all of a sudden my credit card was charged for the next 3 months without my consent. Now we have asked them to refund that so that we can cancel. We will see what they reply and I will update everyone here.
It has been an enormous fail for us to date.
