We strive exceptionally hard to deliver a high-level experience for every one of our clients, and pride ourselves in the caliber of our coaches on the team that are more than willing to go above and beyond. With that being said, I did just want to clarify a few points that you have made here in your review as there is some useful context to note. The time-sensitive nature of our program was mentioned during your initial onboarding session with one of our coaches, in your signed agreement, and throughout the entirety of the program, including weekly accountability emails telling you your exact week in the program with detailed notes on where you should be, also with a note to reach out to us if you have any questions, comments, or concerns. The purpose of our program is to help our clients achieve massive momentum within their business, and the time limit acts as an accountability to make sure our clients are staying on track. However, we totally understand that life does get in the way, so we are more than willing to discuss and accommodate unique situations. If you had discussed this with the team, we would have been able to work with you, and this review is the first we are hearing of this. Also, it is crucial to attend all of the clinics throughout the program, follow our exact process of setting up the ads account, and asking questions as they arise. Not attending any clinics or not utilizing support makes it difficult to serve clients to say the least. We are fully committed to the success of our clients and are more than willing to accommodate, but again, we can only serve those who show up to serve themselves.
