Our plan has been cancelled even though we purchased a deal. stay away from using this company. they don't keep their word.
2. Their courses are ok. Some decent info. Don't know how much of it is applicable today.

Hi Newaz,
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We first want to clarify that KeyWord Search is a completely separate entity from our business.
While we operate independently, we were still concerned to hear about your experience with their tool.
Since the billing issue was with a completely separate company and has now been fully resolved, I have followed up with a direct email and would greatly appreciate it if you might consider updating this review.
Best regards,

A painful mismatch in expectations…I truly wish my experience had matched all the positive reviews
I’ve never written a negative review for a services company in my entire life, and I have a genuinely heavy heart writing this one. I can see that AdOutreach has many positive reviews and many clients who seem to have great experiences. I’m happy that’s true for them. But my own experience turned out very different, and I want to share it honestly, so others go in with clear expectations.
I invested roughly $10,000 over about three months because I believed I was buying a done-for-you program with strong strategic guidance — including a promised 1-on-1 strategy call with Aleric as a fast-action bonus. I was launching YouTube ads for the first time, filled with fear and trepidation, and I really trusted that AdOutreach — and Aleric in particular — would guide me through the process.
Unfortunately, that 1-on-1 call never happened, despite several attempts to request it. That alone was deeply disappointing, because it was a major reason I enrolled quickly.
My biggest challenge was the gap between what I thought I was buying (done-for-you) and what I actually experienced (done-by-me with coaching). Had I known this upfront, I truly believe none of this would have happened.
Here’s what I personally experienced:
1. Much of the course content felt outdated.
A lot of the “click here / click there” instructions didn’t match today’s Google Ads or Tag Manager interfaces. I often ended up turning to Google’s own support or YouTube videos for more accurate guidance.
2. The support model left me stuck for days at a time.
Whenever I needed help, I had to book a coaching call that was usually 3–4 days away. I’d sit stuck, unable to move forward, or spend hours trying to teach myself things I thought the program would handle for me.
3. The “Done For You” components didn’t feel done for me at all.
The video editing portion was extremely disappointing. They assigned my project to what appeared to be a junior editor, and later even outsourced another editor through Upwork, who also seemed inexperienced.
The B-roll they delivered included irrelevant footage — for example, a clip of someone buying painkillers at a pharmacy to illustrate “business pain”… even though my company does B2B messaging and not consumer health. The edits were so off-base that I eventually went elsewhere and paid out of pocket for replacement video editing.
Communication felt layered and fragmented: my notes had to pass through multiple people before reaching the editor. It was slow, messy, and kept producing unusable results.
4. The GoHighLevel platform situation felt misleading.
I was led to believe I would be able to use the platform for around $1/month going forward. What I didn’t understand was that the only reason it was $1 was because it was included under their agency umbrella — and only if I continued paying several thousand dollars per month.
When I stopped their monthly service, the GoHighLevel fee jumped to ~$297/month. I ended up ripping everything out and rebuilding my funnel under a different agency’s GoHighLevel account at a tiny fraction of that price. That added a huge amount of work and frustration I never expected.
5. The entire experience felt like being put into a large, scaled machine.
This is hard to explain, but instead of feeling guided, it felt like I had been dropped into a factory system that was optimized for volume — not for personal support. I don’t doubt that Aleric has genuine expertise, but I never felt that expertise touch my project. And that was heartbreaking, because I truly wanted to learn from him.
How it felt overall:
I don’t believe anyone at AdOutreach intends harm. Everyone I interacted with was polite and well-meaning. But I walked away feeling let down, confused, and honestly heartbroken. I put so much trust and hope into this experience, and instead I felt left to fend for myself.
Maybe I simply bought the wrong program for my needs. But based on how it was presented to me — especially the done-for-you positioning and the promised strategy call — I walked away feeling bruised financially and emotionally.
I’m sharing all of this not to attack AdOutreach, but because I wish someone had written a review like this before I signed up. I think this program may be a good fit for people who want a do-it-yourself model with coaching. But if you’re expecting something closer to “we do this for you,” I strongly recommend asking very direct questions upfront.
I truly wish my outcome had matched the glowing reviews. I wanted it to. Honestly, I still feel sad about how it all turned out.

Hi Greg,
We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations - especially given how committed our team was to supporting you throughout your journey with us.
Between June 27 and September 15, you had a total of 22 Zoom calls with our team - more than any other client during that time.
That includes:
-Weekly check-in calls with your dedicated Client Services Manager
-1:1 coaching with our ads and tech specialists
-Hands-on troubleshooting and custom setup support (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Zapier integrations, domain setup, Mailchimp sync, conversion tracking, and more)
Even before you officially enrolled as a client, we provided you with a 1:1 Ad Strategy call with our Senior Ads Coach to help you reactivate an inactive Google Ads account (so you could continue advertising on Google despite the suspension on your primary Google Ads account).
We also scheduled bonus calls outside normal business hours when needed, fast-tracked deliverables at your request, and created a standing weekly call to ensure you always had a clear path forward.
When you flagged concerns about the initial video ad, we took that seriously. Our team incorporated your feedback and also hired (and paid) a third-party editor to create a custom version that matched your vision.
Those revisions went above our standard scope, but we made them because we genuinely wanted you to be proud of the creative and move into launch with confidence.
As for your ads and funnel launch: we worked with you closely through that process, including the setup of a brand-new offer and cold traffic funnel.
After your MVP campaign launched, we continued supporting you through optimization - helping reduce your CPL, improve opt-in rates, and guide next steps like A/B testing headlines and refining the form fields on your page.
When we identified conversion bottlenecks, we were transparent about it and helped you take clear action.
Regarding the Fast Action Bonus strategy call with Aleric - this wasn’t something we were withholding. Our team was working to get your funnel and ads live first, so that call could deliver the most value. We regret that we didn’t reach that milestone before you requested to exit the program.
Regarding CoPilot access (our white-labeled version of GoHighLevel): we provided access during your active engagement at the $1/month client rate, as clearly outlined on the CoPilot sign-up page. This tool is optional, and it’s not marketed as a permanent standalone offer. After launch, ongoing access is available at our alumni rate of $297/month - which is very clearly disclosed at the time of sign-up for CoPilot.
Greg, we sincerely regret that things didn’t land the way we intended. We wish you the very best in the next chapter of your business.

Sales guy asked for a $500 refundable…
Sales guy asked for a $500 refundable deposit in exchange for a sample video script. Reasonable. After we decided to go elsewhere, the salesperson ghosted us and did not return the deposit. Ended up having to contest it with Amex.
Strange way to build customer trust.
Response from AdOutreachNov 20, 2025
Hi Isaac,
We’re truly sorry for the experience you had. Your refund should have been processed promptly, but unfortunately, the request was not relayed to our Operations team. The salesperson you worked with is no longer with our team and did not inform us of this prior to his departure. Once we became aware, we processed your refund immediately, and the receipt has been emailed to you.
We understand how frustrating this was and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. This is not reflective of how we operate, and we’ve implemented additional internal safeguards to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
Best Regards,

Waste of time and money do not recomment
Had a terrible experience with this service. They promised a lot and under delivered. I was being charged monthly for a 'done for you' when no one on their end was even logging into our Youtube ad account. They try and fit everyone into a structure but don't customize it even when they say they do. And just blame you and say 'results may vary' when their structure doesn't work on an already selling and scaling product. A lot of hype and no delivery. Incredible waste of time and money.
Response from AdOutreachOct 10, 2025
We’re really sorry to hear this was your experience. At AdOutreach, we take pride in providing clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and genuine support to every client we work with.
After reviewing your account, it appears you were enrolled in our done-with-you coaching and consulting program, not our done-for-you ads management service. As such, there was no obligation or expectation that our team would be logging into your YouTube Ads account on an ongoing basis unless we were on a scheduled strategy or support call with you or a member of your team.
Our role in this program is to provide high-level strategic guidance, platform best practices, and expert recommendations so that you and your team can implement effectively.
Throughout our time working together, we offered insights tailored to your offer and funnel, while also sharing proven strategies that tend to perform best on YouTube.
We understand how frustrating it can be when momentum doesn’t build as quickly as hoped, especially when an offer is performing well organically. That said, since this was the first time the offer was being introduced to paid traffic, there can often be an adjustment period as the ad strategy is optimized and aligned with the expectations of cold audiences.
We’re here to support you, and we’re open and available to reconnect and explore the best next steps to help you succeed moving forward.

All the 1 star reviews are accurate
I was enrolled in AdOutreach’s program for 8 months (from Sept 2024 to May 2025). I invested $28,000 USD in total—$20,000 for the program itself, $2,000 for ad creatives, and $6,000 in YouTube ad spend. Despite implementing everything thoroughly for the entire program duration (I was fully-dedicated, as I am with every aspect of my business), I did not generate any sales nor high-quality leads. My return was $0, which was extremely disappointing.
From the day I enrolled, the program structure did not reflect what had been discussed on the sales call. I expressed this early on and on multiple occasions, but the feedback was not acknowledged in a meaningful way, nor acted upon. The program is heavily standardized, with no personalized attention, and there appeared to be no flexibility whatsoever for individuals whose businesses do not fit their core model. There were plenty of opportunities for team members to step in and assist me, but I did not receive helpful support in any of these moments.
At one point, I even created a detailed 11-page proposal outlining areas for potential improvement based on my professional expertise. I offered to contribute resources and support accordingly, but the response I received was that “everything was covered.” From what I could see, it was not.
During the course of the program, response times were delayed more often than not, and scheduling issues were rampant. There were instances where I showed up for scheduled calls only to learn that the coach was out of office with no prior notice or backup plan provided.
After many months with no results, I chose to exit the program. Shortly after, a senior team member offered me a partial refund of $1,960. This offer was contingent on me removing my TrustPilot review, deleting a private community post, and signing a comprehensive confidentiality agreement. The agreement included a clause stating I would be liable for $10,000 USD if I shared details of my experience publicly or privately after signing. This was described as a "typical" occurrence and I have retained documentation of the exchange.
Suffice to say, I declined the offer. It also went against TrustPilot's policy, so I submitted a formal complaint. As evidenced, accountability was severely lacking in my case. I did not accept compensation in exchange for silence, nor will I be deterred by any further attempts to discourage transparency about my experience with AdOutreach.
I highly encourage you to conduct thorough research and think carefully before investing in AdOutreach. The program did not deliver the outcomes I was led to expect based on what was presented during the sales call. And I will be writing about it very openly and very publicly in my upcoming book, with facts and documentation to support every element of my experience and recollection.
I’m open to discussing the contents of this review further, if it’s helpful to anyone considering this program. Due to TrustPilot’s review guidelines and a defamation report filed by AdOutreach, some context has been omitted from this review.
UPDATES:
1. This was not a new or untested offer—I had sold it before for $1,100 more than the price it was being listed at in my YouTube ad campaigns. I had also sold it over 100 times as part of a larger package. While YouTube advertising was a new marketing avenue for me, the offer was not.
2. I mentioned the third party investments in my TrustPilot review to indicate the extent to which I diligently implemented the processes and sentiments taught in the AdOutreach program. I did not state nor imply that they were essential.
3. I have not given pro-rata refunds because I have not removed a core team member from my coaching program with <24 hours' notice, when transparency would have allowed them to make an informed decision about leaving before their subscription automatically renewed.
4. I choose not to sign agreements that limit my ability to speak openly and honestly about my own experiences. My story is my story. My opinion is my opinion. And I intend to stand by both as a reflection of my integrity.
5. In a recorded phone call, a member of the AdOutreach team confirmed that the company was consistently overstretched during my enrollment and acknowledged that other clients had also shared similar concerns.
6. My 11-page proposal was not presented after the Rocket Fuel Friday event—it was presented beforehand, when I first noticed the inadequacies of the program. "We've got it covered" is the exact sentiment that was conveyed, on multiple occasions. And when a follow-up call was booked, it was cancelled by an executive assistant with just a few hours' notice.
7. There is no sense in accepting a complimentary service that has already proven not to work for my business.
Response from AdOutreachMay 16, 2025
Hi Sophie,
We’re disappointed by the misrepresentation in this review, especially given the support and goodwill extended to you throughout your time in the program.
To clarify: your stated investment of $20,000 is inaccurate. Your actual program fee was substantially lower. The third-party expenses you reference in video editing and advertising were not required or managed by AdOutreach.
Throughout your membership, you engaged constructively with our team. We even gave you a platform to speak and present during one of our Rocket Fuel Friday events — a space we typically reserve for external industry experts, not active clients. After that event, you assembled an 11-page proposal offering to join our team on a contract basis. While it’s uncommon to receive proposals like this from current clients, we met with you to discuss it and took your suggestions seriously. There were multiple factors in our decision not to move forward, and it’s important to clarify that the communication surrounding this was professional, considered, and respectful — despite how it’s been portrayed here.
When you requested to cancel your services, we followed our standard procedure and directed you to our Operations Manager. You asked for a pro-rated refund — a practice which, as you acknowledged during a follow-up call, is not something you offer to your own clients and is not standard in most businesses. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered to credit you with two additional weeks of complimentary service.
Later, we explored the option of refunding your two most recent payments. You initially agreed to remove your public posts in exchange, and we explained that this would require a standard confidentiality agreement. You then declined, stating that you had already written about the program in your upcoming memoir. Following that, you stated that <$2,000 would not be enough for you to agree to confidentiality — and that you would need a full refund or “at least a much more significant portion” to even consider it. At that point, the conversation no longer reflected a good-faith resolution, and we chose not to proceed further under those terms.
However, we have since decided to refund your most recent monthly payment as a courtesy. While we disagree with the characterization of your experience, we hope this gesture underscores our commitment to professionalism and fairness.
Regarding support: while our team members occasionally took planned time off (as is the case in any professional setting), we maintained communication and continuity throughout. You had access to 1:1 strategy calls, daily small-group coaching clinics, and a structured program designed to help you succeed. As you acknowledged during a recent call, results are influenced by many factors, including budget, offer positioning, and sales process — all of which we discussed extensively with you.
We regret that your experience didn’t reflect the growth you were hoping for. We also know that, specifically in regard to your ad campaigns, you were still early in the testing phase — with a mid-ticket offer and a brand new funnel that had not yet been validated to cold traffic. As communicated in a recent conversation, we were very willing to continue helping you iterate the offer, improve the funnel, and optimize performance inside your ad account.
We stand behind the integrity of our team and the support you received. Should you ever wish to revisit a solution with professionalism and mutual respect, our door remains open.

Relentless Spam
Not a client but on the receiving end of their relentless cold email spam. Mark 1 sending adress as spam and after a while they start sending from a new email.
Growth at al costs is not a great strategy when you are burning your brand.
PS: I'm not against outbound sales and cold email - just when it's done bad.

Hi Peter,
Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We believe in the power of outbound with genuine value — it’s never our intention to come across as intrusive or spammy.
Just so you’re aware for the future: replying with a quick “Please don’t email me” would’ve automatically stopped any further messages from us. Of course, you can also unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of our emails.
If you're open to it, feel free to share the email address you'd like removed from our systems, and we’ll make sure it’s fully taken off.
We truly appreciate the opportunity to make this right.

Huge Disappointment - $17K lost
I got to know AdOutreach very well over upon working with them since August of 2024. They seemed like real pros initially and I was very excited to work with them to grow the e-commerce side of my Youtube channel.
I gave AdOutreach my most successful product to push via ads. I had generated $25K in the previous year through email campaigns with my limited e-commerce knowledge and thought this would be low hanging fruit for them. What I learned about this company is they value intention over results, which is why I would strongly advise any company to stay away.
I made every change they asked me to make in my sales funnel, they ran ads and along the way, I communicated regularly that no sales were made. After 3 months, I had spent $17K between their fees and ads and got $0 back in sales, which was devastating to my business. A perfect 0% ROI from ads.
I spoke with their Director of Client services and to their credit, they offered to work for free until it was rectified. What was strange about this correspondence was that they felt it was "still early in the process". My next question naturally was "how many tens of thousands of dollars does it take to make a $400 e-commerce sale from your company?" If I had known I needed to spend $25,000-$30,000 for AdOutreach to figure things out, I would've never signed on.
I felt a 50% refund was the minimum they could've given me given the gross lack of performance, but that was denied. The parting comment I was left with was "ads can't accomplish everything," which I found extraordinarily ironic given this company's name is AdOutreach.
Overall, I believe this company is blinded by the hubris of its past wins. When you sign on with them, they are not sure if they can deliver a successful campaign and they have no intention of refunding you if they fail. The client's overall ROI is not a priority to them as I sadly learned. I'd stay far away.

Dear Alex,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, as it’s always our goal to help our clients succeed and achieve measurable results.
While we understand your frustration, we’d like to provide additional context about your experience with us:
• Comprehensive Support: Our team has worked closely with you to script and help you launch your YouTube Ads, ensuring all aspects of the campaign followed best practices. We’ve remained available for guidance throughout the process.
• Campaign Performance: While individual results can vary, your campaign metrics have shown steady improvement over time, indicating progress in the right direction. Success with YouTube ads often requires iteration, especially in competitive markets.
• Recommended Strategy Adjustments: As part of our core methodology, we recommended pivoting to a booked call funnel to focus on selling a higher-ticket offer via sales calls, a strategy that has proven successful for many of our clients. Unfortunately, we noticed hesitancy to implement this approach, which we believe could have significantly impacted your results.
We’ve also offered extended support to continue refining your campaign and helping you achieve success. We remain committed to working with you to improve outcomes, should you decide to re-engage with us.
We take your concerns seriously and deeply value your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve our processes. If you’d like to revisit your campaign or discuss next steps, we’re here to help.
Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can explore solutions together.
Sincerely,
The AdOutreach Team
