I wish I could give Adornmonde 10 stars. I purchased a 14 karat gold lab grown 3mm diamond for my upper helix at a very reasonable price. I wanted it to lay flat against my ear so I got the 5 mm post. When it arrived, it looked beautiful and dainty, but impossible for me to put in my ear because of my nails. I immediately messaged back and asked if I could get the 6 1/2 mm post. Customer Service was excellent!!! They said I could return it at their cost because I paid for the seven dollar insurance and got a replacement at no extra cost. When I returned the original, the post office somehow lost the package to my dismay. I was heartbroken! I kept in contact with Adornmonde about this confusion and after not having my merchandise for several weeks, they replaced it at no charge. I am beyond ecstatic at the ease of working with customer service. I will be buying more from Adornmonde in the future!

I was disappointed with my purchase but they were kind enough to offer a solution. I couldn't get a refund but they gave me a giftcard for my return exchange, even though I lost a piece of the earring.
