Unfortunately my experience with thus company’s customer service was nit very understanding nor helpful. They 100% followed their return policy by the book and pointed to it often while telling me that they're very sorry for my circumstance but the policy is the policy. Also, the gift card amount fir exchange amount they kept presenting was reducing in currency with every email. They fell short of what I paid them total to what the exchange turned out to be. They provided an itemized bill which included a 10% discount that i never received so in the end i was so frustrated and fed up ive kept the overpriced Frankie U-Hoops. The quality is not worth $350 and the u-hoops are next to impossible to put in. Took 3 people and 2 instagram videos later to get them in. So not wirth a little cute piece of sparkle. We shall see if they last for $350

I placed an order for items that were “ready to ship- in stock” with express shipping. 10 days later I’ve been charged in full for the items. There has been no shipment or response from Adornmonde as to an estimated ship date. The items totaled nearly 1000 dollars. Vendor has no good phone number, and is unresponsive to emails. I had to get in contact with my credit card for a chargeback. I’d stay away from this company in the future now that I know their practices. **Update** As you can tell Adornmonde takes accountability seriously. Them telling me that they are investigating is not helpful, and their investigation is internal and doesn't impact me at all. I emailed several times and waited days for a response which gave me no real information except that they would "investigate." I only started getting timely communication from anyone there once I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Sad that it took that to get this resolved. You should not charge customers until orders ship out unless something is custom made. I do not trust Adornmonde at all! ***update*** your logistics problems are not for the customer to worry about. I don’t care what happens behind the scenes with your system, investigations, or inventory issues. What I know is that I paid for merchandise that was over 1000 dollars and it never shipped, and that’s what’s important. I emailed more than once to get help and it didn’t get resolved until my credit card company became involved. Do better.

They sent me a coupon code with a piece of jewelry I had been looking at. I decided to buy it with the code. 5 emails later and the code that was specifically given to me for this piece of jewelry still doesn’t work. What a waste of time.

The customer service responded to my inquiry promptly. However, it has been three weeks, and my order has still not shipped.

I bought two earrings for Christmas. The sizing was wrong so I contacted customer support. They approved a return and a credit. I sent within the approved time frame with the label provided. It’s now almost two weeks after they’ve been proven returned via the tracking number. I haven’t gotten a credit and have tried contacting them several times without a reply. G

I bought ADORNMONDE’s 14k Gold Frankie U Hoop and Custom Haimey Piercing; advertised as “sleep-in, shower-in, live-in earrings” great for “sensitive ears”. I have no sensitivity to 14k gold, only nickel—yet my earlobes were itchy and swollen within hours. At this price point, they should not cause a reaction if made as advertised. I contacted customer service twice and received no response. Buyers should be cautious. You’re not getting what you’re paying for.

Horrible customer service and company. I ordered some earrings and they took forever to ship. Once they finally shipped I was looking forward to receiving them. Turns out the package that was shipped through Fedex had its contents stolen. I contacted them and they were going to send replacements. I didn’t want them and now it’s taking FOREVER to get my refund. This happened in August 2025 and I still HAVE NOT received any refund for these items. I’m waiting for about $700 to be refunded back to me. Every time I ask them about any updates they keep saying they are “waiting for FedEx”. SUPER SUSPICIOUS with no evidence from them speaking to FedEx when I keep asking for evidence. Anyways I’m never buying anything from here ever again.

HORRIBLE customer service and faulty products. Way too expensive for the quality of product. I was given two Frankie hoops in February and one of the screws would keep loosening. Eventually it fell off and the hoop was hanging on my ear for dear life. I reached out to customer service to tell them what happened and see if they could provide a replacement as that should not have happened. They told me they would cover a replacement if I could send the full product back. Crazy given it fell out of no where. It was not possible to find the screw because I had no clue when it fell or where. I went ahead and purchased a replacement piece myself. I was sent the wrong color piece after a month of purchasing..they claim I purchased rose gold not gold. My order confirmation does not even state the color I purchased. If it had been a mistake and the confirmation showed that I would have reached out immediately-but the confirmation did not show it. They want me to pay for shipping, handling, restocking and the shipping for the gold piece. It’d be about the cost of the piece itself. This company is a scam and I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere!
