I was completely impressed with their customer service. The product quality is consistently outstanding!

I purchased one of their hoops here last year. The lock was broken so I contacted their CS for a further warranty enquiry. Since that particular item was already not for sale so they offered to give me the store credit instead. But when i check out their store, they already stopped all the crystal line. So I only have the options of picking the plain ones or pay double for a diamond one. My warranty wasn’t ended yet, but I can no longer enjoy the same piece of jewellery. Ngl that feels a little unsatisfied.

I love how the team answers right away when I have a question. There’s so many times where I see a post on an earring they like they would tell em exactly which item they are. They are very understanding as well! Also the quality of these earrings are amazing

They sent me a coupon code with a piece of jewelry I had been looking at. I decided to buy it with the code. 5 emails later and the code that was specifically given to me for this piece of jewelry still doesn’t work. What a waste of time.

I'm happy with the earings. They are so beautifully made. Speaking with Jen, her team helped me get my order in 2 days. The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I hade a problem ordering from my android phone, It won't show delivery address options.

Amazing company, very responsive. Had an issue with a stone falling out, reached out and got a reply the next day. Was able to send the damaged item back and get a replacement. Thank you! ☺️
