High pressure salespeople. Overpriced products. Stay far away!!

Sales rep are aggressive and pushing ppl to buy the products. Main office should train the reps to be more professional at the end the products are expensive so customers need to feel relaxed to make a decision to buy or not.

The sales people stand out front and try to give free samples. They are incredibly pushy. I took pity on a lady working day and took the free sample, HUGE mistake. Despite my telling her I wasn’t interested in purchasing anything and wanted to just try the sample and come to my own conclusion she insisted I come in to the store and see another sample. Thirty minutes later I finally escaped. I had repeatedly told her I was not going to purchase and she just kept pushing. Awful sales tactics. I work directly across the mall from the location in Edmonton. I watch as shoppers try as hard as they possibly can to avoid the sales people. They try so hard to avoid your store they end up missing the other stores adjacent to Adore Cosmetics. It’s to the point where I’m going to mall administrators to complain because it’s ridiculous. I don’t feel other stores should miss out on foot traffic because your sales people are so aggressive. If your product is as great as you claim it is there would be absolutely zero need to push it as hard as you do.

I ordered a body butter online and it came damaged. I called their customer service and they replaced it for a new one. Oh and the body butter-works great. Exfoliats and hydrates my sensitive skin well as well as making it smooth afterwards

I rated this a 1 star because that is the lowest score possible. This place is a rip off. I too tried to return never opened product and was refused. I felt duped. Unscrupulous tactics. I don't know how they stay in business.

I loveedd this product so much!!! Product was instructive and helpful advising how to use it to its full potential. It also has a fresh clean smell. I'm soo thankful for a product that I can finally use on my sensitive skin for blemishes, blackheads and oily conditions, and it doesn't leave my skin dry like other products I've tried. I'm never changing it!!!!!

Bought this product 2 yrs ago in Vegas. Didn't work. Wished I would have researched first. THIS IS A SCAM! within 30 min I went bk to return and they wouldn't take it back. Supposed to knock off $100 but that NEVER happened!! Salespeople are way TOO PUSHY!! And that's ridiculous that I felt robbed and changed my mind and could not return! BEWARE NEW CUSTOMERS!!
