Divina Pido was the Resident Services Coordinator during our stay in our Adoor Property Management home. Her and Adoor were everything that you'd expect from a good management company, what made them great was when things didn't go as expected. When issues arose, from plumbing to ac, to assisting with looking for a new place, their help was immediate and complete, every time. We unfortunately couldn't find another Adoor managed property that fit our needs, but we were hoping. I definitely recommend!

I could not recommend leasing or working with this company any less. Next to impossible to get in touch with anyone that can actually help you with customer support, drowns you in late and legal fees, and kept our entire security deposit even with fixing things up before we left. The only positive I could give them is that they are proactive with maintenance requests.

We have had no AC as of yet this Spring/Summer. They gave is a new AC and it has never been insralled correctly so it does not work

After a long frustrating year with this bad company we delivered the house in very good condition with video recorded for our safety and they just wrote that they are not going to return our deposit in addition to adding extra charges for made lies, they say that the house smelled of cigarette smoke when we did not smoke, the repairs were never complete, the lack of communication is extreme, they rent the properties in very bad condition with insect rodents and then they do not want to return your deposit, very bad company but soon it has to end, I do not recommend them they are very bad company

My experience with Adoor Property Management at 135 Chanel Court has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. For months, I repeatedly reported ongoing pest intrusion, moisture/mildew concerns, water issues, and incomplete repairs. The home has had repeated pest problems including scorpions inside the home, ants, spiders, wood beetles, and wasps entering through unresolved openings and gaps identified by vendors. Despite numerous service requests and inspections, many repairs were incomplete, poorly performed, or marked “completed” when the issues still remained. Approved pest treatment was never actually completed after inspection, appointments were repeatedly missed, and I constantly had to rearrange my schedule for vendors who often failed to properly address the root causes of the problems. There were also ongoing concerns involving mildew/musty odors, air quality, and water odor issues that took months to partially address. Overall, I do not feel the property was properly maintained or that the ongoing concerns were handled appropriately despite repeated notice and extensive documentation. This company has no integrity. STAY AWAY, DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM.

Our lease was coming up and we were looking to move. Tom reached out us about the lease. I told him that we are going to have move because of the rent increase. This man went out of his way and above and beyand to help get the rent lowered as much as possible giving us another year in this beautiful home. THANK YOU TOM!!! WE REALLY DO APPRECIATE WHAT YOU DID FOR US!!!

The agent was very patient, helpful with helping navigate the process, also very knowledgeable too.

A Star 5 Rating Company is A Door Management Company. I really enjoyed the Excellent and Friendly Services with the Mediator and Service Coordinator for the Property that I Lease from. All my concerns and issues that I reported was finalized in a timely manner and I really appreciate being with a property that truly concerned about the Tenants and care about the upkeep of their properties. Tom Martinez is a great Asset to this Company. I wish him much success in all he does with the Tenants under the properties he handles.
