Hi Dean, thanks for the excellent review. It would be GREAT if the cloud service was free to use. Unfortunately, the company that houses and buys the web servers, the licenses purchased through Microsoft, and the company that makes the magic to put it all together, aren't free. Believe it or not, our cut or, (a piece of the pie as it were), is only $ 6.25 per month. This is not a typo. We offer this service to our customers to give them another alternative. The $75 annual profit, (wait for it), goes to fund our support services. That's right, you get our Silver Support Subscription from the profit made from the cloud service. This means the profit goes back to the customer. That subscription can be used for any support issue. Our Dollar Match Program works the same way when you buy invoice forms or envelopes. How's that for customer service?
