How did they get all of the SAME 5 star reviews in the same day.. looks rather fishy.. I have not recvd my order. I placed the order 7/7 and its 7/21.. I sent an email 7/13and no response.. however on 7/14 my ups went from created to shipped.. NOW ups says there are no updates but every now and again it shows its in a different city.. i hope i get my necklace.. I hope its real.. i hope all of the diamonds are in the necklace.. there are a LOT of 5 star reviews on the same day .. and there are some 1 star reviews that i believe are actual customers.. I hope Adina is legit and not out here trying to fool people into thinking that they are with all of these self written reviews.. I spent almost $400 on this necklace.. I too made this purchase on sale.. so I PRAY its a legit 14k gold diamond necklace with all the clarity that was stated int he description..

I have several jewels of the brand, I like them a lot. The design is perfect, the quality of the materials used is excellent. I recommend them for sure.

I'm only giving one star as the part of my order that did show up was nice. I have been emailing via their zendesk since the 26/12/21 every day, and still no response. Half my order has not shown up and there is no attempt to rectify the situation from their side. I've left a embarrassing amount of comments and messages on their Instagram which is updated daily and still no response. Il be attempting to contact them over the phone, but at this point, I can safely say this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Horrific. Abysmal. Unprofessional. Appalling. Save yourself the impending hassle and do not order from this company.

I bought something that was in their precious Jewels. What it really is covered in 14k gold. CHEAP.... And because it was on sale I could no longer return.
