Very good quality-- great customer service
Our jerseys rock! Hayden was a pleasure to work with and the final product turned out great. Even though we hoped for sooner turnaround time, Hayden explained that moving their HQ had them a little backed up, so he kept us in the loop and allowed us time to plan for it. Great work by him. Overall this company seems like total pros at what they do.

I have been very satisfied working with Great Atlantic Outfitters/Addix Sportswear. I am a 29 year old screen print company and started April 1st, 2022 to outsource my printing. I was reluctant ! I have been very pleased with Shawn and Teresa they are great !

Honest Company That Continues to Improve
Addix/Great Atlantic Outfitters produces great quality items. We love our account representative Teresa who does her absolute best to provide up to date and correct information and she is always available to assist with a smile. However, beware that deadlines are merely guidelines and are often missed with no warning. They have struggled since the pandemic to keep schedules and at times have seen quality lapses – they are under new management in 2022 and we are excited to see how they will continue to improve

I ordered two Nike Shirts for my…My grandson
I ordered two Nike Shirts for my grandson had them put our favorite saying on the shirt with a football! Came out better than i had imaged. The Quality was great and the Customer Service was EXCELLENT!

Hello Steven, Looking through our database we are unable to confirm any orders associated to your name—so we do not know which order you are referring to or what the problem is. However, if your issue is with the turnaround time—we feel that we have been clear about any delays. Moving from Michigan to Florida presented us with a few challenges and our team did a great job updating our customers about any delays. Uncontrollable events like Hurricane Ian and electricity issues did throw off our schedule by a few days; but our production team has been working 7-day weeks in order to deliver as promised. While we continue to get back to the industry-leading turnaround time, we will continue to be honest and upfront to the customers. -Zach
