Ordered for Christmas in November and not arriving until January

Let me start by saying this is my first negative review of any company; I understand there might be bumps in the road, but when you plan on uprooting an entire business to another state, you need to have a plan of action. I have been ordering uniforms and apparel for over 20 years, and the leadership team and sales associates are subpar. Most have been fired or let go for not reviewing orders and communication. Our Academy has placed numerous orders with this company and spent thousands of dollars over the past 3 years, and all I can say is they have lost a valued customer. Do your due diligence. Look into other companies that value their customers' time and timelines!

Stars Baseball, As we said on Google: After investigating the situation, our sales rep was very communicative on the turnaround time. Despite knowing that the order would not arrive until after the first game, an order was still placed. When Hurricane Ian pushed back production by a few days and you demanded a refund, we refunded 20%. We are sorry that the move caused such a delay-- but we communicated the time table to the best of our ability, and even refunded a portion of the sale when uncontrollable events occurred. We had hoped that you would be more understanding given the unfortunate set of circumstances.

I submitted an order back in Aug for my son to get his jersey. It is now the end of October and I still have not received my son's jersey. I emailed multiple times in which a couple of them was just an automated reply, then the other I got a response asking for my sons team in which I immediately replied and then I never got a response. The other reply I received was her excuse herself because she had been out on sick leave. Again.... I submitted this order in Aug... it's not the end of October and still no Jersey or reply with an explanation or update on my order. I no longer want the jersey and would like a full refund since by the time I DO get it... it will be too late because the season would have ended by then.

Hello Lorena, We are very sorry that this happened. After addressing this with the sales person and looking into the situation, it seems like there was multiple unavoidable factors that played into this becoming a bad experience for you. After submitting your order on 8/31, the order was not processed until after labor day. There was a notice that it would take 30 business days for sublimated products to be shipped. (This was at the point where we had our slowest turnaround time due to the relocation of the facility from Michigan to Florida.) Your goods should have arrived on 10/12-10/14. However, due to days where production was forced to shut down (Hurricane Ian, electricity issues) every order was pushed back. At this time, our sales rep began notifying customers-- until she became very sick with Covid-19. Other sales reps tried to fill in and keep the communication with her customers open; but admittedly we dropped the ball on notifying every single one. So while we definitely understand your frustration-- we hope you do not think that this was intentional or that your sales rep ignored your emails. We want to make this right for you so please reach out and we can talk about how to fix this situation.

Hello Steven, Looking through our database we are unable to confirm any orders associated to your name—so we do not know which order you are referring to or what the problem is. However, if your issue is with the turnaround time—we feel that we have been clear about any delays. Moving from Michigan to Florida presented us with a few challenges and our team did a great job updating our customers about any delays. Uncontrollable events like Hurricane Ian and electricity issues did throw off our schedule by a few days; but our production team has been working 7-day weeks in order to deliver as promised. While we continue to get back to the industry-leading turnaround time, we will continue to be honest and upfront to the customers. -Zach

If I could give them fewer stars I would If they say 2 weeks they mean 1 month if they say 1 month they mean 2 months IT is now Sept 19 - and we are still waiting on Jerseys ordered in the first week of august Adding to this review - we ordered 12 jerseys on August 7 and received them Oct 3 - far cry from the two week turnaround they claim on their website

Hello Anthony, We are very sorry about the delay and understand the frustration; however, we feel that we have clearly messaged the fact that there would be delays throughout the process. As you probably know, our factory moved from Michigan to Florida in late July and early August. From the website banner to the initial order, to the continuous updates; our team has done a great job of being upfront about the realistic turnaround time. Unexpected events like Hurricane Ian and electricity issues did push those dates back a few days—but our production team has been working 7 days a week to catch up and deliver the high-quality products that we promise. We will soon be back to the industry leading turnaround time that our customers know and love—but the transition has presented challenges that we are working through. We will continue to be very clear with our customers on turnaround time until then. -Zach

I would never pay this company one more dollar. I paid them over $300 for several shirts and hoodies. I never received them. Fed ex said they delivered them but I never got them and the owner basically said sorry we sent them file a homeowners claim. This company is confused on what fulfilling an order means!!

Hello Kennie, This issue is very unfortunate and frustrating—but as we have discussed; what happened was completely out of our control. Your issue lies with the delivery system or porch theft. We did everything we could to get the order to you, and the delivery system has told us multiple times they delivered the package. FedEx informed us they even sent the delivery man to the address again to confirm he did not mix up the location. Because of that, we unfortunately have no control over the situation, and it is why we suggested to file a homeowners claim. Luckily, as you know, your money was returned which is the silver lining. We know this was a frustrating situation for you—it was for us as well, but again, our business is not to blame for this issue. We hope that you understand this from our point of view. -Zach

Ordered a sample jersey. Wrong color was sent. Was told i'd be updated when it was looked into. Never received another email, so I went with another company.

facemasks did not fit and they would not give a refund or replace them. Shirts were OK but the crackly substance behind buttons drove everyone nuts!
