The instructor I had for the Property and Casualty classes was very difficult to understand. She was going extremely quick and it was hard to hear what she was saying especially when she was eating and talking at the same time

I was assigned the same Continuing Ed class that I took 2yrs prior by my Licensing dept. I took the course and then the State of FL said it did not count, as I could not take the same course back to back. You guys should have a pop up warning asking if I am sure I want to take that course again knowing some states do not allow it to renew your license. I ended up taking a different course with you to satisfy that requirement so ended up taking 2 times the amount of continuing ed that was required for my renewal. Simple programming could have prevented this error.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We understand your frustration with the course repetition issue and the extra continuing education you had to complete. We'll review our system to ensure the warning pop ups that we have in place are working correctly.

It is a lot of material, not everything will be on the test. The material is a bit harder than the test too, but this is a good thing. A.D. Banker made it easy to know what is important and I was able to pass on my first attempt.
