The classes are easy to take at your own pace and when you have time available. They are very detailed, which is very important to me. I enjoyed the classes.

The expiration timelines for the courses are too short. As someone with a full time job and children, I was not able to complete the course within the time frame. I renewed once already and still couldn't complete it. I am waiting to renew again until I am certain I will be able to dedicate the time needed. It would be better if I could study at my own pace without feeling rushed. Additionally, the content is presented in a very dry and unengaging format. It was hard to stay focused and retain information.
Response from A.D. BankerMay 21, 2025
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We understand that the course timelines can be challenging with work and family commitments, and we regret that you felt rushed. We also acknowledge your feedback regarding the course content's presentation. We will share your comments with our team as we work to improve our courses.

The breakdown of the information with review quiz helped a lot for a person like me who has not been in school for a while. It can use more examples/drawings and power point videos.

I have already received the best care and prompt service from Ryan Fogarty and John Meurs. The company I work for has an account with ADBanker and any time I need assistance, I have always been confident that Ryan and/or John will provide quick responses and easy solutions. My last interaction with Ryan was related to an ADBanker outage. While the issue was out of Ryan's hands, he kept in touch with updates from AD Banker's IT team. I appreciate all the assistance that AD Banker and the team provides.
