Bought pressure washer package from them was shipped wrong connectors making washer unusable as received, was given the run around when called, asked to send email and pictures of what was sent which was done. Received inane email asking if incorrect part was tried in the washer. Hello, was the email I sent read, pictures showing incorrect diameter of connector looked at? Clearly not. When I replied to this inane respinse I was ghosted and future attempts to resolve the issue ignored. I would strongly advise against doing business with this dishonest or inept vendor. In the end I moved on and bought the correct connector from Amazon. Life is too short... Avoid frustration, avoid this vendor. ----------------------------------------------------------- Update — July 14, 2026: Adam’s Polishes contacted me and has now fully resolved the issue to my satisfaction. They apologized both for shipping the incorrect connector and for the breakdown in communication that followed. They overnighted the correct part and also provided a $100 gift card. Although the initial experience was unnecessarily frustrating and could have been handled much better, I appreciate that the company ultimately took responsibility and made a meaningful effort to correct its mistakes.

I have been a customer for over 10 years this company has good product but their service is terrible. I bought a buffer from them and paid over 400 dollars the backing plate broke and I ordered a new one from them 2 months to get it and it does not fit they redesigned it. Stay away from them

Long time customer. Watched the videos, participated in the giveaways, bought the mystery boxes. Was genuinely invested in this brand. Placed a Memorial Day order (Order #2062341) and it sat without a single status update or acknowledgment for 10 days. I reached out to customer service on May 31st — no reply. Not even an auto-acknowledgment. I then emailed Adam Pitale directly on June 5th, giving the brand every opportunity to respond. That email was also ignored. The order eventually arrived June 5th with zero communication throughout. Two contacts. Nine days. Zero response. What makes this worse is that this pattern is not isolated — a quick look at recent reviews here and on Trustpilot shows this is systemic. Shipping delays, ignored emails, and their customer service email functioning as a black hole are recurring themes across dozens of customers right now. The products are genuinely good. The interior cleaning gel is excellent. The formulas are thoughtful. But a great product doesn't make up for a company that has lost touch with the community that built it. What would have kept me as a customer for life? A single templated reply. A free microfiber towel for the delay. Anything. The cost to retain me was essentially zero. Instead I filed a return and moved on. For context: Adam's Polishes was acquired by Recochem in 2020 — a $1B+ industrial chemicals company subsequently owned by private equity. The brand that felt personal and founder-led is now a portfolio asset. The silence makes sense in that context. Chemical Guys ships the next day. Treat yourself better.

Terrible Customer service. My order stayed in an order status for a week. Couldn’t get them to ship it. Will find another company to go with. Steer clear from these folks

Order placed may2 and today is May 11 with zero indication whether they will fulfill this order. All they said is “inventory process currently underway”

Horrible customer service. Do not return calls. Over a week since order and still has not shipped. Multiple missing items in previous shipments. Stick with chemical guys.

The have told me multiple times the product has been shipped as early as today saying it will be shipped today. Their customer service is awful. Worst at customer service I’ve ever used. They blatantly lie about how things are going. They are to be supposed to delivered in 3 to 10 days. Will never use the again.

Terrible customer service. Does not even deserve 1 star. They kept saying next week and a month later they said there was a problem with the seals on the pressure washer and it would be another month before it's available. They never notified me of the delays and I always had to call to confirm. I was misled with a tracking for the shipping order that indicated "a label was made and waiting for shipper to pick up". Not waiting another month and don't trust this company. Cancelled order. Additionally, I posted a negative review on their website and it was quickly deleted.
