While customer service seems to respond well, the management/order processing team doesn't care. I've placed an order 3 weeks ago and it's still being processed. If you value your time, look elsewhere..

Needed parts for a time sensitive job. It took 3 days to finally ship out parts they claimed were in stock. Then it took 3 days for overnight shipping that I paid $60 for, because overnight shipping doesn't include weekends, even though Fed Ex delivers 7 days a week. Turns out their parts are shipped to you by your local Acura dealer, so might as well just go there. Caused me a big inconvenience, and wasted money on overnight shipping.

I have not received my package yet. I called yesterday, and the representative said I'll be getting an email in the next 24-48 hrs.

Never buy items from them. They just ship out the cancelled orders and then blame it on the customer saying that shipped items cannot be returned. Charge a hefty amount of money to ship the items too Really disappointed with their service. Will never trust them again

Ordered internationally (in Canada) and I paid $50usd in shipping alone for $40 parts. Received box of OEM plastic parts with 0 packaging material and as a result was broken in transit. Box had 0 labels to state “fragile” or “handle with care”. Requested for replacement because it was a long awaited part and they only refund, which was poorly communicated by the RMA team. They refused to reimburse a fraction of my shipping cost.

I ordered a part for my car based on the year make model and other information including the VIN number. They sent me the part, which appeared to be the correct one, however it was not. The part did not fit and was the incorrect one for my vehicle. My return was denied, so I was out the money. Would never use them again. Just pray they send you the correct part, otherwise you're screwed.
