Could not do a return after the package was shipped. Your company should do a return to sender and accept my return.

On my previous order for an intake valve for an 2009 Acura TL. I received the part for a newer model. The intake valve did not fit properly.

Zero communication or details on where my part is. Did not think my parts would take this long to arrive. Not happy with the service.

I ordered a fan blade for my 2005 Acura RL, the part arrived in a timely fashion and was delivered within the timeline specified. This part went well! After driving less than 50 miles, the fan blade discombobulated. I requested a replacement and was informed that i had to take the vehicle to a Acura Dealership and have them perform a diagnosis. They would not accept photos of the part. I would have to take time off work, drive at minimum 45 minutes to a dealership, pay for a diagnostic to show that the aluminium center of the fan blade had separated from the plastic blades. It's unreasonable to expect a customer to be out of pocket for a defective part. The supplier refused to warranty a part with out me having to spend time and money to replace a $69 fan blade. Customer "Service" was not helpful. I asked for a refund and was refused. I will not order from this website in the future.

First time I ordered from Acurapartswarehouse.com, ordered 3 items and only 2 arrived. Also, incredibly slow from order time to delivery time (2 weeks), even after being charged $20 for shipping. Will not use again, and would avoid.

Ordered a part that was advertised as a set. They have pictures on the website that shows two parts. What I received was missing a part to make it a set. Contacted their parts specialist and they said it should come with two pieces. Contacted their returns department to get resolution then get a reply saying that their parts specialist says that everything is there and it is only one part. After 1.5 months of back and forth emails there is still no resolution. Save yourself the headache and pay more for your part at a local dealer If you want to be able to return parts. Definitely will not be using them anymore.

Sent me the wrong part for my car, when trying to get a response from customer service it was nearly impossible.

The parts ship out well beyond when they initially quote. They sent a defective part and the customer service has been a nightmare to deal with despite sending various photos of the shipping box & label as well as images of the entire part and defective portion with circles on the defect. I even went so far as to send a video. Customer service is very rude. reporting them to BBB with my email history.
