Good until account was compromised
It was working well, then one day there was a virus or a hacker that created 60k appointments on our account and locked us out. The hacker used countless phished emails on a single account sending appointment confirmations to several individuals who's contact information we did not have. Could have better security. System otherwise functions well as a booking calendar.

When the meetings are rescheduled
When the meetings are rescheduled, the clients stopped receiving the notifications. We need to cancel the appointments and create new ones, which is time consuming. I'm almost quitting AS. I hope you can fix this sooner than later.

Acuity App on iOS doesn't work
Acuity App on iOS doesn't work. Hasn't worked for 6 months. Help desk said they are aware of the issue but have not provided any timeline when it will be fixed. I depend on the app during our busy season.

It works well with some limitations
It works well. Easy to access once you understand it. Easy for clients to schedule. Can set up different calendars. Although they should be integrated and they aren't so for instance if someone schedules a zoom meeting and someone else schedules an in person meeting they don't pick up on my outlook calendar so both people get to schedule even though they are doing it at different times. This is a problem and has meant I have to turn off the zoom calendar to avoid double bookings.

Still a great scheduling tool but…
Still a great scheduling tool but development of new features has slowed since being acquired by SquareSpace. Also, preventing Stripe account holders from using Stripe’s built-in Klarna and AfterPay integrations during client checkout in Acuity takes off one star. Booo!!
