Support listens to my complicated…
Support listens to my complicated questions -- their library of FAQs is big and very clear, so I seldom need support. I am always treated respectfully, cheerfully and with genuine curiosity. And if I'm trying to bend the system in a way it won't work, they let me know. My business is one of those blended projects that doesn't fit in an easy box for applications like this ... and their support helps me blend it all. Great user experience!

I would have given 5 stars, but I was lucky to have been passed to the new shift person, who knew how to fix right away.

I always find Acuity support very…
I always find Acuity support very helpful. If they don't have the solution it goes to their programmers and I actually see changes in the app on occasion which is very exciting that this company is on top of what the clients need

Fits our needs well
The highly customizable forms is what sold me on Acuity as our business requires unique information to schedule appointments. Very flexible and allows for the scheduling of multiple employees. My only complaint is the calendar view is not very user friendly.
