A lady named Jennifer helped me with my order. The ordered went to my daughter and when she moved to a new apartment the courier left it at the wrong apartment. So Jennifer immediately sent out a new bottle of product. She was kind, considerate and very professional during the complete process. I purchased a hola hoop s4 Off Amazon for this product only to find out after i purchased the product the connectors kept snapping after numerous of emails i have been told they have none in stock to deliver to the uk but they are still selling the hols hoops.the product came with a lifetime guarantee for parts but only to be told that they will not deliver to the uk.
