Took delivery on the 5th of August. Excited to assemble and ride. Can't get the front wheel mounted. Pretty sure wrong axle. Tried calling customer service. All I get is a computer response. Now help what so ever. I give this product minus 3.

Extremely Disappointed — Poor Product and Even Worse Customer Service
I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Actbest. While the bike arrived quickly and in seemingly good condition, it had serious functional issues right out of the box.
• The chain was jammed against the frame upon arrival. After assembly, we discovered the gears weren’t engaging properly.
• On the very first ride, the front wheel axle’s plastic twist cap broke and fell off.
• Most critically, the battery wouldn’t hold a charge—rendering the bike nearly useless.
I was willing to take it to a bike shop for minor repairs, but when the battery issue surfaced, I decided to return the bike—less than a week after receiving it.
That’s when the real trouble began.
Actbest’s customer service has been painfully slow, taking 4–5 days to respond to each message. Instead of authorizing a return, they insist I keep troubleshooting - which requires purchasing a battery meter to perform diagnostics myself. I’m not a mechanic, and I shouldn’t have to purchase tools to fix a brand-new product.
Despite asking three times for a return label, I keep getting emails suggesting new “fixes.” At this point, it feels like they’re stalling until the return window expires.
This is unacceptable. I bought a new bike, not a project. Regardless, I should be able to return it no matter what. If you’re considering Actbest, think twice. You’re on your own the moment something goes wrong.

Dear Customer,
First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience you have encountered during the after-sales process. We have always attached great importance to every customer's feedback and have been actively communicating with you to solve the problem, rather than ignoring your needs as you mentioned.
Regarding the product issues you raised, we have responded to you in a timely manner. To accurately confirm the specific situation of the problems (such as the jammed chain, broken front wheel axle cap, and battery charging issue) and send you the correct replacement parts, we do need you to provide relevant photos. This is not to make things difficult for you, but to ensure that the solutions we provide are targeted and can truly solve your problems. Unfortunately, we have not received the required photos from you so far, which makes it impossible for us to further confirm the problem and promote the solution process.
As for the return issue you are concerned about, please rest assured that our return policy has always been customer-oriented. Even if the return period has passed, as long as we confirm the product problems through the photos you provide, we will actively apply for a return for you. We have never had the idea of "stalling until the return window expires" as you suspected.
We still hope to resolve this matter properly with you. We are committed to providing you with a satisfactory solution and will do our best to make up for the inconvenience caused to you.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Best regards,
Actbest Customer Service Team

Awful customer service
Recently bought three bikes from them and had issues with two of the three. The first one came with vent fenders, and the seat was ripped. Second bike came in without issues and the third bike came in and the battery won’t charge. Have contacted them for eight days in a row now and they responded to me one time saying to call technical service, I asked them what the number to technical service was, and I never heard from them again I put a claim in with a Better Business Bureau to try to help being resolved these issues. I just wanna return the third bike and get my money back but haven’t heard back from the company and now I’m gonna be out of the window of returning and that’s when they will answer me. So so so pissed and so disappointed!!!

Manipulative and fraudulent rating
Manipulative and fraudulent rating. They are constantly asking for 5 stars. True customer service shouldn’t need to do that. I had declined the worry free insurance but was charged anyway. They refused to refund but offered a cell phone bag for a 5 star review.

Missing and damaged pieces
Ordered the Striker bike. It came with a bent fender and missing pieces to attach the headlight. Several emails sent to the company with no response. Phone number never got me a person or a place to leave a message. Also tried to connect thru Instagram personal message and nothing. For such a big purchase expect better.

Don't buy e-bike from Actbestbike

1. I received the bike with a cracked screen and it was unusable. I provided all the necessary evidence, and after nearly two weeks, you sent a replacement part without any prior notice.
2.After receiving the new screen, I used the bike for a 10-mile ride. Everything was great the first time—no issues at all. However, the next day, I rode the bike again and started hearing a loud noise coming from the front wheel throughout the 10-mile ride. I wasn’t sure what was causing the noise, so I emailed your team to request a claim on April 30. I didn’t receive a response until May 7, when I was told to find a repair shop myself and submit the receipt.
3. Unfortunately, I don’t have a vehicle that can transport the bike to a repair shop, so I requested a full refund instead. Eventually, I couldn't tolerate the issue any longer and tried to find the cause myself. It turned out to be a problem with the brakes. I ordered the necessary parts from Amazon and fixed it myself. The bike now works fine.
4. I then emailed to request reimbursement of the $10.65 I spent on parts. However, your team responded by asking me to leave a 5-star review in exchange for the $10.65. This entire process took around 42 days and nothing has gone smoothly.
I'm very upset with this entire shopping experience. It’s been one of the worst and most disappointing lessons I've ever learned

Received two bikes day after Mother's…
Received two bikes day after Mother's Day, one good, one damaged. No customer service finally had to go through Amazon but they sent us a label but want us to pay for shipping. Bent forks on the purple bike so not useable at all. Husbands yellow bike is fine, he loves it but my Mother's Day gift is broken and can't get anyone on a number that is now disconnected as of today may 19th. Not sure how this is going to go as of right now, reading a lot of reviews similar to our experience. Husband feels terrible that it's my bike and not his that is damaged and can't get any help.
