I purchased e-bike from this company upon delivery the rear brake disk was bent and the fork bent as well after two months of sending photos proof of the damages the company declined the damages be aware don’t waist your hard working money in this company

The customer service is slow and the worst. My bike was not delivered correctly by FedEx and after a claim they could not locate the package. I let Actbest know and 1. it took forever for them to respond and 2. "Bella" just kept repeating that it was delivered - even after I provided the claim from FedEx that it was not. I will not be buying anything from them again and don't recommed you do either.

Their customer service is awful!!! Ordered two electric bikes, one for my son and one for my husband. My sons inner tube in his tire was defective the second day he had it. Two days later the bike stopped working. We have done all the troubleshooting Actbest has sent and submitted a video to them. We keep being told they will send a new controller for the bike, but every time we call it's a third party agent who has no update, but says he/she will "escalate" the situation. 3 weeks after Christmas and my son still has no electric bike in working order.

Bike is OK. BUT, they sent the wrong seat post size! Too big for bike. I preferred the bike, it took only 3 days to receive. However, now that I have problems, I just ge the run around! I asked that they just ship new seat post and they said 6 weeks!!!

The absolute worst customer service/support in the entire world. I don't know what can be worse than this. I just don't. I asked them why my bike still hasn't shipped to me yet, its been 2 weeks, a lot over what they "claim" is their shipping time, 3-8 days. And I live in California, which is close. I wrote to them asking why a week ago, and they still have not responded. Please don't even meddle with this company unless you want a risk that will always end up going bad.

I am disappointed with the overall experience. Despite providing a video and pictures of the issue, I have not received the promised shipping label after multiple follow-ups with customer service by email and phone calls. It is very hard to reach customer service by phone, and it’s been over a month now, which is unacceptable and still not resolved. The lack of communication and timely support has been very frustrating, not to mention. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a e-bike from them due to the hassle if there happens to be any issues.
