Picked up the ActBest Core ST Step Thru ebike. I am older and needed something to help me get back into shape. Very easy to pedal without pedal assist but it was there if i needed it. This is my first ebike and very pleased. Actbest was very helpful answering any questions before my purchase.

The product is awesome took it thru some rough terrain and didn’t have any problems with it as well as -6 degrees and the bike never gave up and still have the same power as normal

This is my first bike, the Core City Commuter. I find the bike to be of generally good quality and the service responsive. I assembled the bike and noticed that the integrated headlamp was not functioning. I called but was unable to speak to a representative. I also sent an email which appears to be a better method of communication. I was offered several fixes. I attempted the suggested fixes but none resolved the issue. When I noted that to the company email, I was told a new one was on the way. Less than a week later, the new lamp arrived. There were no instructions but the method of replacement was fairly easy to effecuate. After 60 miles, the bike rides well. The speed controls work well. And I like the cruise control. Overall this is a good entry level ebike.

Arrived sooner than expected. Packaged well. Grandson is very happy with his bike.

Hello, I recently purchased two bikes (Cores ST). I heard many negative comments about ActBest, but I did not experience any problems. I had a few minor issues and (Mel) at customer service corrected each issue. Mel was very responsive and took care of everything in a timely manner. I would recommend this product to anyone. ActBest has been great for me, and the bikes are fun to ride. Excellent company to purchase an E-Bike and be satisfied. This is a 5-star product and company... David

i got the apex actbest, it goes 28mph, the brakes are able to stop within 1 second which saved my life, the only thing i would change about the bike is have a 20ah battery so i can go further on a single charge, because i go up a lot of hills so this requires me to use more of the battery, it was easy to put together, the customer service has been spectacular, better than most amazon sellers
