Instructions were a little wonky and the video didn’t match as the parts were different, but overall the assembly was ok. Customer service has been responsive. Bike is fun to ride and the pedal assist and continuous power is smooth. While the bike can fold it is heavy (61lbs) and would recommend having two people to lift it when folded up. Overall happy with bike and fun ride.

Absolutely love my Mars E-bike! Comfy seat, smooth ride. Love the bright headlight and the horn is very loud. Got all the neighbors wanting one!!

This bike is great! It’s easy to put together yourself. It goes very smooth and very fast (up to 28mph). And I love the color of ORANGE.

Good little bike for my 4'8" daughter. Product was damaged in shipping but they're helping me replace those parts. Overall good experience and my daughter seem happy.
