We had an issue when we received the ebike with some parts not assembled per user manual and then a bigger issue after my son rode the bike around the block a couple times. We were very frustrated trying to figure out how to get ahold of someone but once we did everything turned around. Loved the fast responses, easy details of what I needed to do on my end, and ease of getting our issues corrected. Now we are happy and my son is enjoying his ebike.

I had been researching e-bikes for over a year. I didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars on a recreational bike. ThenI learned about Act Best bikes. After reading many reviews, I decided to give it a try. I love it! I bike about 10-20 miles a day in the beautiful northwoods of Wisconsin. It is such an enjoyable experience. I am 76 years old with an arthritic hip but this e-bike gets me where I want to go. I only use the lowest pedal assist and it powerful enough to help me up the big hills. Customer service is wonderful. My bike arrived 5 days after I ordered it. Fortunately my grandsons were available to assemble it for me. This bike is a great value.

This e-bike was a highly anticipated gift. Very sharp looking and has received many compliments. The battery lasts a good while and can go far on one charge. It has a lot of power and gets up to speed quickly and the cruise control feature is a nice touch. Customer service has been very responsive with any issues that have come up.
