The bike is awesome. The battery doesn’t go as far as it says. Overall it is great for the price. The service has been prompt and relatively easy to fix my issues. My bike was damaged in shipping and they replaced it quickly. My motor had a problem and a new one is being shipped to replace it. Overall it’s been excellent service. I love having my Actbest bike!

This was the 3rd ACTBEST bike I have purchased. Unfortunately, it delivered with the wrong battery. Leah in customer service was instrumental in getting a new one shipped quickly. Now that it is installed, the bike is living up to expectations. They are great bikes and customer service was spectacular.
