I purchased the ActBest Core ST e-bike just over a year ago. I didn’t want to spent too much because frankly I didn’t know if I’d like riding an e-bike. After one year and over 1400 miles, I can honestly say I LOVE it. Very comfortable upright riding style, 5 levels of peddle assist, integrated lights are all a plus. Was fairly easy to put together but I have taken to local bike shop for a couple of brake adjustments. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase and am considering buying a second one for my wife. And as a mentioned earlier, the price is right. I’ve seen other brands starting at $1500 tp $2000. This one was around $500 and it’s still going strong. Thanks. ActBest!!

My wife and I ordered the Actbest Mars combo e bikes. She got the white and I got the blue. They look like the same bike but the white one had metal fenders and the blue one had plastic fenders. On the white one the front tire attached with 2 nuts to the bolts from the wheel. The blue one has a skinny bolt that slides through the middle of the wheel and attaches with one nut one on the one side. I definately like the way the white one connects with the 2 nuts straight to the wheel. That being said we like the bikes very much. So far they have been fun to ride, they go pretty fast and the peddle assist is very responsive. I like the cruise control, the light and horn have their own buttons on the handlebars. I purchased the large basket for the back and it is very sturdy and a good size. The controller is pretty basic and easy to use, it gives you your speed, miles traveled, battery strength and peddle assist mode. The bikes have a walking assist also if you need to walk the bike you push the minus button and it walks the bike so you don't have to push it. We have about 30 or so miles on them so far and for the price I think they are a good bike. Time will tell.

Very Fun E-bike! Especially for a bigger person! While a foldable, it expands to fit me perfectly. It’s fast and charges quickly.

I ordered the Triker and it was delivered for free in only a week which was impressive. I watched some assembly videos on youtube ahead of time, so the assembly was pretty easy. I was able to put it together in under an hour with the tool provided. The ETrike is awesome! It's fun to ride and helps get around easily on short errands. I am surprised on how well it handles turns, and being a heavy person, I am especially impressed how well it handles my weight. I highly recommend this Trike for a larger and older person who can no longer ride a regular bicycle.

The ebike is serving me well and is helping me rehab my broken body with confidence. They have helped with my questions. When a folding pedal broke, they sent me a replacement set.

This is a real review—I'm not being paid to write it. I had a few issues with my ActBest City Run bike: the throttle stuck and stayed after increasing speed, and the neck lock didn’t work properly because it wasn’t installed right. ActBest took care of me and made sure I got the help I needed. They do take a long time to respond to emails and calls, but they eventually make it right—so hang in there and reach out to customer service for any issues. They replaced my bike after I returned both keys and the battery. I also had to follow up several times to get the $15 coupon discount applied—they did it eventually, though I didn’t receive the free gift. Thanks, ActBest, for your customer service in the end.

I purchased a Cityone ST 2.0 and Cityone SO 2.0 combo e-bike package. Both e-bikes were well packaged and arrived quickly. I had a slight issue with one bike upon arrival but customer service has stepped up up to make this right. Thank you!
