The support from this company has been amazing. They were very responsive when we needed help and they really stand behind their product. There are also a lot of videos to help various adjustments of their e-bike.

I am so delighted with the Ebike that I purchased. It was Affordable and shipped to my house within week. When I needed to contact Customer service they responded in a timely manner. The make and model is built very well durable and manageable. I highly recommend this bike to everyone.

I purchased a e-bike from Actbest. My wife absolutely loves this bike. The size is perfect for her small frame! Everything about the bike is perfect. Even when we ran into a problem with the controller. Customer Service helped figure out the problem and instantly offered to send me another one.
