We recently purchased our speedy folding e-bike. The purchase process and delivery couldn’t have been any easier. While assembling our e-bike, we misplaced a small part, I reached out to customer support and they shipped us the part in a timely manner. We absolutely love the bike and the customer service. We would recommend this company to anyone interested in purchasing an e-bike.

We purchased 2 ebikes from Actbest. They came in at separate times, but our son was able to bring them down to where we were camping. They were easy to assemble. Neither of us had been on a bike for several years and we are in our 60s but we were able to get used to them quickly, now we ride all over the place. Great bikes we love them! I would recommend them to others!

I have had excellent service with fast response. Since day one they have been trying to help me solve my problem and find a solution.

The bike an the company have been great.i have had two problems that the company has helped me with that were fix in reasonable time even with the terrif cap going on. I am thinking of upgrading to one of there larger bike an would highly recommend recommend the Qlife line to anyone with a commute of 20 miles. Have not done a lot of hauling but what I have done has not been a problem.planning a camping trip an looking forward to seeing how the bike handles a solar charger.

Rather than jump to a solution and further delays the agents at Actbestbike took the time to really understand my problem to ensure I got the right part. The agents were pleasant and easily accessible. Very easy to deal with.
