I have purchased five ActBest bikes for my family. They are wonderful bikes - well-crafted and affordable. Unfortunately one arrived with a rear wheel that was damaged during shipping. Fortunately I had purchased insurance and reported the incident to customer service who assigned my case to Mia. Over the course of a few months, Mia was able to send me a replacement bike! Thank you to Mia and ActBest for their great customer service and terrific bikes!!

First thoughts. This is a great bike for a reasonable price. When I first found the Actbest Summit bike they were out of stock, after waiting several weeks they were available for pre-order so I ordered one. Assembly of the bike was relatively easy when following the instruction manual and assembly video. So far I have only take the bike on one ride but the suspension makes it quite a smooth ride. The only issue is there seems to be a rattle in the front end which I have yet to find but will continue trying to isolate it. Overall I would recommend Actbestbike and the Summit model!

I reported mi case 14 days ago, the customer support helped me to resolve the issues, and communicated with me. I truly appreciate it. It remains pending, let me know when the display is available, as it is out of stock.

This is my first E-Bike and I can say that it has been a great experience. The bike came quick after purchase and was very easy to put together. It lives up to every spec that the bike suggested when searching for the right bike. The customer support team has been very helpful as well. I couldnt recommend ActBest any more. If I buy another bike it will definitely be from here. 10/10 experience.

Love the bikes! Had an issue with one of the displays. Customer service got right back to me a shipped a new one. Top notch service!

I am very happy with my experience so far. The bike came very well packaged in the box and it was very simple to put together. My son loves the bike so far! I would recommend this company to anyone.
